Abstract

ملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية حاولناا مان خاالل دراساتنا الميدانياة تقاويم واقاع الممارساة المهنياة لادى األخصاا ي النفسااني العياادي فاي المراكاز االستشافا ية و ذلا مان خاالل دراساة متغيارين أساسايين أال و هماا : مساتوى الرضاا المهناي لادى األخصاا ي النفسااني، و ماا هاي مميازات األخصاا ي النفسااني الكفء مهنيا. و عليه جاءت هذه الدراسة مقسمة إلى قسمين :الجانب النظري، حياث تناولناا فياه كال المفااميم الخاصة بمتغيرات البحث . ثم الجاناب التطبيقاي الاذي تام عار فياه النتاا ج الكمياة و اساتنتا عاام مان خاالل تقاديم تفسايرات للنتا ج المتحصل عليها استنادا على التراث السيكولوجي. الكلمات الدالة : األخصا ي النفساني الرضا المهني العمل العيادي الكفاءة المهنية ملخص الدراسة باللغة األجنبية Summary of the study in Arabic Through our field study, we tried to evaluate the reality of the professional practice of clinical psychologists in hospital centers by studying two basic variables: the level of professional satisfaction of the psychologist, and what are the characteristics of a professionally competent psychologist. Accordingly, this study was divided into two parts: the theoretical aspect, in which we discussed all the concepts related to the research variables. then The applied aspect in which the quantitative results and a general conclusion were presented by providing explanations for the results obtained based on the psychological heritage.
