Abstract:
يهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على موضوع عصرنة الهياكل القضائية وبناء دولة المؤسسات القانونية في الجزائر، من خلال دراسة مدى التقدم الذي حققه قطاع العدالة في مجال الرقمنة واعتماد تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة. كما يسعى إلى إبراز الجهود المبذولة لتقريب المواطن من العدالة عبر تقديم خدمات إلكترونية ذات جودة عالية ومواكبة للمعايير الحديثة. ويتناول البحث أيضًا الأهداف الأساسية التي يسعى البرنامج المسطر لقطاع العدالة إلى تحقيقها، وفي مقدمتها تحديث المنظومة القضائية وتعزيز الثقة في مؤسسات الدولة القانونية.

This study examines the process of modernizing judicial structures and establishing a state governed by legal institutions in Algeria. It offers an analytical perspective on the advancements achieved within the justice sector, particularly in the areas of digitalization and the integration of modern information and communication technologies.
