dc.description.abstract During this work, we studied the performance of photovoltaic solar cells based on pérovskite materials (CH3 NH3 GeI3 (MAGeI3) using the SCAPS simulation tool. In order to improve this cell and determine the ideal settings for its functions. We studied the effect of two physical factors in order to improve performance. We studied The effect of the thickness of the absorbing pérovskite layers, ETM and HTM, as well as the effect of the concentration of the pérovskite layer on the properties of the solar cell.
