واقع إستخدام أدوات الذكاء الإصطناعي في البحث الأكاديمي لدى طلبة تخصص علم المكتبات والمعلومات: جامعة زيان عاشور نموذجا

Abstract

الملخص: تعد أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي من العناصر الأساسية التي يمكن أن تساهم في تطوير البحث الأكاديمي في مجال علم المكتبات،من خلال تحسين استراتيجيات استخدام هذه الأدوات وتقديم الدعم الكافي للطلبة والباحثين،حيث تمثل أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي فرصة هامة لتطوير البحث الأكاديمي في جامعة الجلفة.من خلال تبني استراتيجيات فعالة وتوفير الدعم المناسب،وذلك لتحسين جودة الأبحاث وتعزيز قدرة الطلبة على الاستفادة من التكنولوجيا الحديثة بشكل يحقق قيمة مضافةفي مجال علم المكتبات.حيث سعت هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم رؤية شاملة حول دوافع وواقعاستخدام هذه الأدوات ومدى تأثيرها على جودة وكفاءة الأبحاث الأكاديمية.وقد أظهرت الدراسة أن استخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في البحث الأكاديمي من قبل الطلبة،قد بدأوا في استخدامها منذ ستة أشهر وخلال السنتين الأخيريتين ومن أبرزها ChatGPT وDeepSeek‏. وقد اكتشف الطلبة هذه الأدوات بشكل رئيسي من خلال مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، حيث كان الدافع الأساسي لاستخدامها هو تسهيل عملية البحث والوصول إلى المعلومات.ومع ذلكيواجه الطلبةعوائق مثل عدم مجانية بعض الأدوات وتحديات تكمن في تأهيل الطلبة والباحثين والأساتذة عن طريق إطلاق برامج تدريبية في الجامعة.حيث إعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب تحليلي والإستبيان الإلكتروني كأداة لجمع بيانات الدراسة،ثم تحليلها باستخدام برنامج SPSS. الكلمات المفتاحية:استخدام، الذكاء الإنساني،الذكاء الإصطناعي،أدوات الذكاء الإصطناعي،البحث الأكاديمي،أدوات الذكاء الإصطناعي في البحث الأكاديمي، الطلبة الجامعيين، جامعة الجلفة.

Artificial intelligence tools are essential elements that can contribute to the development of academic research in the field of library science, by improvingStrategies for using these tools and providing adequate support to students and researchers, as artificial intelligence tools represent an important opportunity to develop academic research at the University of Djelfa. By adopting effective strategies and providing appropriate support, in order to improve the quality of research and enhance students' ability to benefit from modern technology in a way that achieves real added value in the field of library science, .This study sought to provide a comprehensive vision of the motivations and reality of using these tools and their impact on the quality and efficiency of academic research. The study showed that the use of artificial intelligence tools in academic research by students, they started using these tools six months agoand over the past two years, most notably ChatGPT and DeepSeek. Students discovered these tools mainly through social media, as the main motive for using them was to facilitate the search process and access to information. However, students face obstacles such as the lack of free access to some tools and challenges in qualifying students, researchers and professors by launching training programs at the university.This study relied on the descriptive approach with an analytical approach electronic questionnaire as tool for collecting study data.which was thenanalyzed using SPSS.

Les outils d’intelligence artificielle constituent aujourd’hui un levier fondamental pour le développement de la recherche académique dans le domaine des sciences de l’information et des bibliothèques. Leur intégration permet d’améliorer les stratégies de recherche, tout en offrant un soutien adapté aux étudiants et chercheurs. L’intelligence artificielle représente ainsi une opportunité majeure pour faire évoluer la qualité des travaux académiques à l’Université de Djelfa, à condition d’adopter des stratégies efficaces et de mettre en place un accompagnement pertinent. Ce travail vise à offrir une vision globale des motivations, des pratiques réelles et de l’impact de l’usage de ces outils sur la qualité et l’efficience de la recherche universitaire. Les résultats montrent que les étudiants ont commencé à utiliser les outils d’intelligence artificielle, tels que ChatGPT et DeepSeek, il y a environ six mois, avec une adoption croissante depuis deux ans. La découverte de ces outils s’est faite principalement via les réseaux sociaux, la motivation principale étant de faciliter l’accès à l’information et d’optimiser les démarches de recherche. Toutefois, des obstacles persistent, notamment le manque d’accès gratuit à certains outils et l’insuffisance de formations spécifiques pour les étudiants, chercheurs et enseignants. À cet effet, le lancement de programmes de formation au sein de l’université apparaît essentiel. L’étude repose sur une approche descriptive et analytique, s’appuyant sur un questionnaire électronique diffusé auprès des étudiants. Les données recueillies ont été analysées à l’aide du logiciel SPSS.
