Abstract

ملخص مذكرة نعيم نعيمي ودوره الاصلاحي من خلال مؤلفاته 1909/1973 ولد 1909بسيدي خالد ولاية بسكرة بمنطقة رعوية، حفظ القران الكريم من صغره بزاوية مختارية ويعد من خيرة طلابها، انخرط في جمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين مع نشاطه الاصلاحي والفكري والديني فيها. عرف بالرحالة الحافظ والاديب بعلوم والفقه الحديث والادب والشعر والخطابة. يوصف بانه مقكر شاعر وخطيب رغم جهوده الكبيرة بقي اسمه اقل توثيقا في الدراسات الكمات المفتاحية : نعيم نعيمي ،الزاوية المختارية ، جمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين Résume Mémoires de NaïmNaïmi et son rôle réformateur à travers ses écrits (1909/1973). Né en 1909 à Sidi Khaled, dans la province de Biskra, dans une région pastorale, il mémorisa le Saint Coran dès son plus jeune âge à la zaouïa de Moukhtaria et est considéré comme l'un de ses meilleurs étudiants. Il adhéra à l'Association des oulémas musulmans algériens et y déploya son activité réformatrice, intellectuelle et religieuse. Il était connu comme voyageur, mémorisateur et écrivain dans les sciences de la jurisprudence moderne, de la littérature, de la poésie et de l'art oratoire. Il est décrit comme un penseur, un poète et un orateur. Malgré ses efforts considérables, son nom reste peu documenté dans les études.
