Abstract

الملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور الأسرة في تنمية روح المبادرة والابتكار لدى الأطفال، وذلك من خلال التركيز على بعض الخصائص الاقتصادية والثقافية والتربوية للأسرة. ويكمن الهدف العام من هذه الدراسة في معرفة النموذج التربوي الذي يسهم في تنمية روح المبادرة والابتكار لدى الأطفال. تم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي باعتباره الأنسب لطبيعة الموضوع، كما تم استخدام أداة الاستمارة لجمع البيانات من عينة مكونة من 40 تلميذة في مرحلة التعليم المتوسط. وبعد تحليل المعطيات، تم التحقق من صحة الفرضيات، حيث أسفرت النتائج عن ما يلي: أن الأطفال المنتمين لأسر ذات دخل مرتفع يستفيدون من فرص أكبر للمشاركة في الحياة اليومية والأنشطة المتنوعة، وهو ما يسهم في تحفيز خيالهم وتنمية روح المبادرة لديهم. كما أن الاستقرار المادي للأسرة يقلل من الضغوط النفسية ويوفر بيئة محفزة للإبداع. أظهرت النتائج كذلك أن الأسر التي تتبنى قيماً تربوية حديثة، وتوفر فضاءً منفتحًا على الحوار، وتشجع على القراءة والمطالعة، وتحتوي مواهب الطفل وتدعمه، تسهم بشكل كبير في تنمية التفكير النقدي وتقبل الأفكار الجديدة، مما ينعكس إيجابًا على القدرة على الابتكار. كما تبين أن مستوى تعليم الأبوين له تأثير بالغ في تشكيل شخصية الطفل. كما أكدت الدراسة أن الأطفال الذين ينشؤون في أسر تتبع نمطًا ديمقراطيًا في التربية، يعتمد على التشجيع والحوار والتوجيه دون قمع، يميلون إلى إظهار مستويات أعلى من الاستقلالية والقدرة على اتخاذ القرار والمشاركة في المشاريع الجماعية، وهو ما يدل على تنمية واضحة لروح المبادرة لديهم. تنعكس هذه النتائج بشكل مباشر على مستقبل المجتمع، إذ أن كل طفل مبادر اليوم هو مشروع مواطن فاعل ومنتج غدًا، قادر على المساهمة في التنمية والابتكار ودفع عجلة التطور. وبناءً على ما سبق، خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الأسرة، من خلال مستواها الاقتصادي والثقافي وأساليبها التربوية، تلعب دورًا محوريًا في تشكيل شخصية الطفل ودعم قدراته الابتكارية. ولا يقتصر هذا الدور على الجانب التربوي فحسب، بل يُعد أيضًا استثمارًا استراتيجيًا في مستقبل الوطن من خلال بناء رأسمال بشري مبدع وقادر على المساهمة في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الأسرة، التربية، المبادرة، الابتكار، الطفل، التنمية. Summary: This study aims to shed light on the role of the family in developing children's entrepreneurship and innovation, focusing on some of the economic, cultural, and educational characteristics of the family. The overall objective of this study is to identify the educational model that contributes to the development of children's entrepreneurship and innovation. This study relied on a descriptive approach, as it is most appropriate for the nature of the topic. A questionnaire was used to collect data from a sample of 40 middle school students. After analyzing the data, the hypotheses were verified. The results revealed the following: Children from high-income families benefit from greater opportunities to participate in daily life and various activities, which contributes to stimulating their imagination and developing their entrepreneurial spirit. Furthermore, financial stability in the family reduces psychological stress and provides a stimulating environment for creativity. The results also showed that families that embrace modern educational values, provide an open space for dialogue, encourage reading, and nurture and support children's talents, significantly contribute to the development of critical thinking and acceptance of new ideas, which positively impacts the ability to innovate. The study also found that the parents' level of education has a significant impact on shaping a child's personality. The study also confirmed that children raised in families that follow a democratic parenting style, based on encouragement, dialogue, and guidance without repression, tend to demonstrate higher levels of independence, decision-making ability, and participation in group projects, demonstrating a clear development of their entrepreneurial spirit. These findings directly impact the future of society, as every proactive child today is a potential active and productive citizen tomorrow, capable of contributing to development, innovation, and driving progress. Based on the above, the study concluded that the family, through its economic and cultural level and educational methods, plays a pivotal role in shaping a child's personality and supporting their innovative abilities. This role is not limited to the educational aspect alone; it is also a strategic investment in the nation's future by building creative human capital capable of contributing to economic and social development.
