الاتزان الانفعالي و علاقته بالمرونة النفسية لدى عينة من طلبة جامعة زيان عاشور

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف عن العلاقة بين المرونة النفسية و الاتزان الانفعالي لدى طلبة جامعة زيان عاشور الجلفة ، كما هدفت إلى التعرف على وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدى الطلبة في مستوى الاتزان الانفعالي تبعا لمتغير الجنس و المستوى العلمي ، و كذا التعرف على وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدى الطلبة في مستوى المرونة النفسية تبعا لمتغير الجنس و المستوى العلمي . حيث اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي لملائمة طبيعة الموضوع ، و قد تم الاعتماد على مقياس الاتزان الانفعالي و مقياس المرونة النفسية لجمع البيانات ، و كان عدد أفراد العينة (60) طالبا و طالبة ،و توصلت الدراسة الحالية إلى النتائج التالية : * توجد علاقة إرتباطية بين الاتزان الانفعالي و المرونة النفسية لدى طلبة الجامعة أفراد عينة الدراسة . *لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الاتزان الانفعالي لدى طلبة الجامعة تبعا لمتغير الجنس . * لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الاتزان الانفعالي لدى طلبة الجامعة تبعا لمتغير المستوى العلمي . *لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى المرونة النفسية لدى طلبة الجامعة تبعا لمتغير الجنس . * لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى المرونة النفسية لدى طلبة الجامعة تبعا لمتغير المستوى العلمي .

The current study aims to identify the compatibility between emotional stability and psychological resilience among at zian achour university djelfa , it also aimed to determine whether there were statistically significant differences in students levels of emotional ollect statistically significant differences in students levels of bsychological resilience based on gender and educational level in this study ; we relied on the descriptive approache because it is appropriate to the nature of the subject we relied on the emotional balance scale and the bsychological flexibility scale to cnces in the lollect data the number of sample members was 60 students , the cuurente study reached the following results * there is a correlation between emotional stability and psychological resilience among university students in the study sample . there are no statistically significante differencess in the level of emotional stability among university students according to the gender variable . * therr are no statistically significant differences in the level of emotional stability among universty students according to the educational levle variable .* there are no statically significant differences in the levle of psychological resilience .
