البيئة الرقمية وأثرها على مهنة المكتبات والمعلومات: دراسة ميدانية بالمكتبة العمومية لوالية الجلفة جمـــال الدين بن سعد

Abstract

تناولت دراستنا موضوع "البيئة الرقمية وأثرها على مهنة المكتبات والمعلومات" من خالل دراسة ميدانية بمكتبة المطالعة العمومية جمال الدين بن سعد بالجلفة، حيث قسمت الى جزئين فاألول تمحور حول الجانب النظري للدراسة من خالل تبيان البيئة الرقمية ومهنة المكتبة واهم األدوار التي تلعبها المكتبة في ظل التكنولوجيات الحديثة مدى التحول الذي أحدثته الرقمنة في واقع العمل المكتبي. أما الجزء الثاني تمثل في الدراسة الميدانية والتي من خاللها توصلنا الى أن البيئة الرقمية أسهمت في تحسين نوعية الخدمات، خاصة على مستوى اإلعارة والوصول إلى المعلومات، كما ساعدت في تسهيل أداء المهام اليومية للمكتبيين. ورغم أن التحول الرقمي ال يزال جزئًيا في بعض الجوانب، إال أن هناك وعًيا متزايًدا بأهميته، حيث أصبح استخدام التقنيات الرقمية سلو ًك توصلت ا مهنًيا متكر ًرا. ومع ذلك، الدراسة بعد اعتمادنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الى بعض النتائج التي تمثلت في: ان التحول الرقمي في مكتبة المطالعة بالجلفة حقق نتائج واعدة في تحسين الخدمات وسرعة الوصول الى المعلومات. لكن هناك ضعف في التكوين المتخصص بمجال المهارات الرقمية، وغياب االعتماد على تقنيات مثل الحوسبة السحابية والذكاء االصطناعي بشكل ف ّعال، مما يعكس فجوة في تبني بعض األدوات التكنولوجية الحديثة. كما أوضحت النتائج أن المهارات األكثر طلًبا لدى العاملين تركزت على الفهرسة الرقمية وإدارة قواعد البيانات، بينما بقي االهتمام بالبرمجة وتحليل البيانات متواضًعا. ويبرز من خالل هذه المعطيات أن التحول الرقمي يُنظر إليه بإيجابية من طرف المكتبيين، لكنه ما زال يحتاج إلى استثمار أكبر في التكوين، وتطوير البنية التحتية، وتعزيز ثقافة أمن المعلومات. وتبقى الحاجة مل ّحة إلى إستراتيجية مؤسساتية واضحة لدعم الرقمنة، وتكثيف الشراكات التقنية، وتفعيل دور المكتبة في حفظ المحتوى المحلي وتوفير خدمات رقمية حديثة تواكب متطلبات المستفيدين في العصر الرقمي. مصطلحات الدراسة: البيئة الرقمية – مهنة المكتبات والمعلومات – اخصائي معلومات – مكتبة المطالعة العمومية This study addresses the topic of “The Digital Environment and Its Impact on the Library and Information Profession” through a field investigation conducted at the Public Reading Library Jamal Eddine Ben Saad in Djelfa. The research was divided into two parts: the first focused on the theoretical framework, examining the concept of the digital environment, the library profession, and the critical roles libraries play in the context of modern technologies, particularly the transformation brought by digitization in library operations. The second part involved an empirical field study, which revealed that the digital environment has contributed significantly to enhancing the quality of services, especially in terms of circulation services and information access. It has also facilitated the execution of daily tasks by library professionals. Although the digital transformation remains partial in some aspects, there is growing awareness of its importance, with the use of digital tools becoming a recurring professional practice. Based on the descriptive-analytical approach, the study reached several key findings. Notably, the digital transformation at the Djelfa public library has led to promising results in terms of service improvement and faster information retrieval. However, there is a noticeable deficiency in specialized training in digital skills, and the effective adoption of technologies such as cloud computing and artificial intelligence is still lacking. This indicates a gap in the integration of certain advanced technological tools. The results also show that the most in-demand skills among staff revolve around digital cataloging and database management, while areas such as programming and data analysis remain underdeveloped. These findings suggest that while digital transformation is viewed positively by librarians, it still requires greater investment in capacity building, infrastructure development, and the promotion of an information security culture. Ultimately, there is an urgent need for a clear institutional strategy to support digitization, strengthen technical partnerships, and enhance the library's role in preserving local content and providing modern digital services that meet the evolving needs of users in the digital age.
