dc.description.abstract	عمل المشرع الجزائر ي على وضع أحكام قانونية ترمي إلى حماية أراضي الدولة والمحافظة عليها بموجب القانون 23/ 18 المؤرخ في 28/11/2023 ، من خلال تضمينه مجموعة من التدابير الإدارية للتصدي لظاهرة التعدي على أراضي الدولة بمختلف أصنافها، سواء تعلق الأمر بالأملاك التابعة للدولة أو الأملاك التابعة للجماعات الإقليمية، بالإضافة للعقوبات الجزائية المرصودة لجرائم التعدي والتي يمكن من خلالها أن نستنبط كل الأفعال المادية المشكلة للركن المادي لهذه الجرائم، حيث تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان مظاهر التعدي وكذا التدابير الإدارية المنصوص عليها بموجب القانون المذكور Summary: The Algerian legislator has worked to establish legal provisions aimed at protecting and preserving state lands under Law 23-18 dated 28/11/2023, by including a set of administrative measures to address the phenomenon of encroachment on state lands of various types, whether related to state property or property belonging to regional communities, in addition to the criminal penalties allocated for encroachment offenses, through which we can deduce all material acts that constitute the material component of these offenses, as this study aims to clarify the aspects of encroachment and the administrative measures provided for under the mentioned law .	en_EN
