تُعد رقمنة المكتبات العمومية من التوجهات الأساسية في مسار تحديث المؤسسات الثقافية في الجزائر وفي هذا الإطار، ركزت هذه الدراسة على مشروع تكنولوجي مهم تمثل في إدماج تقنية التعريف بموجات الراديو (RFID) في المكتبة الرئيسية للمطالعة العمومية "المجاهد جمال الدين بن ساعد" لولاية الجلفة، سعى البحث إلى تقييم مدى توظيف هذه التقنية الحديثة في إدارة الأوعية الوثائقية، وتحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة لرواد المكتبة.
وقد تمحور تحليلنا حول الجوانب التقنية والتنظيمية المصاحبة لتنفيذ المشروع، مع التركيز على وعي الموظفين بأهمية هذه التكنولوجيا في تسهيل عمليات الجرد، والإعارة والحماية من السرقة، وتسريع معالجة الوثائق.
اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، مستفيدين من أدوات البحث الميداني، الاستبيان والملاحظة المباشرة لمراحل عمل المشروع على أرض الواقع.
مكّنتنا هذه المقاربة من فهم التحديات التي رافقت عملية الرقمنة، والوقوف على المكاسب التي تحققت، كما ساعدتنا التجربة الميدانية داخل المكتبة على رصد تفاعل الموظفين مع هذا التحول الرقمي، وتقييم مدى جاهزية البنية التحتية لمواكبة هذا التطور، الذي يُعد خطوة مفصلية في مسار تطوير خدمات المكتبات العمومية في الجزائر.
Apstract:
The digitization of public libraries is one of the basic trends in the process of modernizing cultural institutions in Algeria.In this context, this study focused on an important technological project represented by the integration of radio frequency identification (RFID) technology into the main library for public reading, "Mujahid Jamal al-Din bin Saad," of the state of Djelfa. The research sought to evaluate the extent to which this modern technology is used in managing documentary vessels and improving the quality of services provided to library patrons.
Our analysis revolved around the technical and organizational aspects accompanying project implementation, with a focus on employees’ awareness of the importance of this technology in facilitating inventory operations, loaning and protecting against theft, and accelerating document processing.
In our study, we have been based on a descriptive-analytical approach, making use of field research tools, a questionnaire and direct observation of the stages of project work on the ground.
This approach enabled us to understand the challenges that accompanied the digitization process, and to identify the gains that were achieved.The field experience within the library also helped us monitor the interaction of employees with this digital transformation, and evaluate the readiness of the infrastructure to keep pace with this development, which is a pivotal step in the path of developing library services.Public in Algeria.
