الملخص :
تهدف هذه الدراسة للإجابة عن التساؤلات المتعلقة باعتماد القائم بالاتصال في إذاعة
الجلفة الجهوية على شبكة التواصل فيسبوك كمصدر للمعلومة وهل سيساهم ذلك في بناء
المحتوى الإذاعي؟ .
و بما أن هذه الدراسة تعتمد على المنهج المسحي الذي يستلزم أدوات جمع البيانات
لجمع المعلومات فقد اعتمدنا على الملاحظة من خلال متابعة صفحة إذاعة الجلفة على
فيسبوك من خلال المواضيع المتداولة أين قمنا بتوزيع استبيان على القائمين بالاتصال في
إذاعة الجلفة كل حسب وظيفته بالإضافة إلى إجراء مقابلة مع رئيس قسم الإنتاج والبرمجة
زحوط عيسى بمقر الإذاعة بتاريخ 10.06.2025 أين تحصلنا على جملة من النتائج أهمها :
أن معظم القائمين بالاتصال في إذاعة الجلفة يعتمدون على شبكة فيسبوك كمصدر
للمعلومة كما أن معظم الأخبار التي يبحث عنها القائم بالاتصال هي أخبار محلية بدرجة
أولى ، هذا مع وجود تفاوت في درجة الثقة في المنشورات على شبكة فيسبوك حيث أظهرو
ثقتهم الأكبر بالصفحات الرسمية مقارنة بالصفحات الأخرى.

Abstract :
This study aims to answer questions related to the extent to which
communication professionals at Radio Djelfa (regional station) rely on the social
network Facebook as a source of information, and whether this reliance
contributes to the construction of radio content.
Since this study is based on the survey method, which requires data collection
tools, we relied on observation by monitoring the official Facebook page of Radio
Djelfa and analyzing the topics discussed. In addition, a questionnaire was
distributed to the communication professionals at the station according to their
respective roles. We also conducted an interview with the Head of the Production
and Programming Department, Mr. Zahout Issa, at the radio’s headquarters on
June 10, 2025, through which we obtained a set of findings, the most important
of which are:
- Most communication professionals at Radio Djelfa rely on Facebook as a
primary source of information.
- The majority of the news sought by them is primarily local news.
- There is a variation in the level of trust in Facebook posts, with a higher
degree of trust expressed toward official pages compared to other sources.
