توكيد الذات وعلاقته بالمرونة النفسية لدى طلبة جامعة زيان عاشور الجلفة

Abstract

ملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحاليةإلى التعرف على مستوى كل من توكيد الذات والمرونة النفسية لدى الطلبة بجامعة زيان عاشور الجلفة، والكشف عن العلاقة بين كل من توكيد الذات والمرونة النفسية لدى الطلبة الجامعيين، وأيضا الكشف عن الفروق بين الطلبة الجامعيين في توكيد الذات والمرونة النفسية حسب كل من متغيري الجنس والمستوى التعليمي. قمنا بتطبيق كل من مقياسيتوكيد الذات منإعداد غريب عبد الفتاح غريب (1995)، وقام بتقنينه على البيئة الجزائرية معمرية بشير، (2008)، ومقياس المرونة النفسية من إعداد شقورة يحي(2012). تم الاعتماد على عينة قصدية من الطلبة الجامعيين وقد تكونت من (78) طالبا وطالبة مستخدمين المنهج الوصفي، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنه : 1. مستوى توكيد الذات لدى الطلبة الجامعيين مرتفع. 2. مستوى المرونة النفسية لدى الطلبة الجامعيين مرتفع. 3. توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين توكيد الذات والمرونة النفسيةببعديها الانفعالي والعقلي، بينما لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة احصائية بين توكيد الذات والمرونة النفسية الاجتماعية لدى الطلبة الجامعيين. 4. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين درجات الطلبة الجامعيين في توكيد الذات،بينما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05)بين درجات الطلبة الجامعيين في المرونة النفسية بأبعادها الثلاثة: (الانفعالي والعقلي والاجتماعي) تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الطلبة الذكور. 5. لاتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين درجات الطلبة الجامعيين في كل من مستوى توكيد الذات والمرونة النفسية تعزى لمتغير المستوى التعليمي.

Abstract: The current study aims to recognize the level of both self-assurance and psychological resilience of students at ZianAshour Al-Djelfa University, to reveal the relationship between self-assurance and psychological resilience of undergraduate students, as well as to reveal the differences between undergraduate students in self-assurance and psychological flexibility depending on both sex and educational level. We have applied both the Ghraib Abdel Fattah Gharib (1995) self-assertion metrics and legalized it on Algerian environment, Maamaria Bashir (2008), and the ShaqouraYahya Psychological Resilience Scale (2012). A deliberate sample of undergraduate students was based on 78 students using the curriculum. The results of the study showed that: 1.University students' self-assurance level is high. 2.University students' level of psychological flexibility is high. 3.There is a statistically significant correlation between self-assertion and psychological flexibility in its emotional and mental dimensions, while there is no statistically significant correlation between self-assurance and the psychosocial flexibility of university students. 4.There are no statistically significant differences at an indicative level (0.05) between undergraduate students' degrees of self-affirmation, while statistically significant differences exist at an indicative level (0.05) between undergraduate students' degrees of psychological flexibility in three dimensions: (emotional, mental and social) attributable to gender variability for the benefit of male students. 5.There are no statistically significant differences at an indicative level (0.05) between undergraduate students' grades at both the level of self-assurance and psychological flexibility attributable to the variable level of education..
