Abstract

ملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع التوافق المهني لدى رجال الحماية المدنية وللكشف عن هذا التوافق العلاقة بينه وبين الحوادث حيث تم الاعتماد على استمارة خاصة بالتوافق المهني وحوادث العمل حيث طبقت على 50 فرد من أفراد الحماية المدنية بالمديرية الولائية الجلفة وكذلك معرفة مدى تأثير بعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية للتوافق المهني حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في هذه الدراسة وبتحليل ومناقشة النتائج المتوصل إليها وتم ايضاً الاعتماد على الأساليب الإحصائية والاختبار ت وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها انه يوجد اجماع من طرف أفراد الحماية المدنية وشعورهم بالرضا ومعرفة مصادر حوادث العمل لدى رجال الحماية وكيفية تجنب الوقوع فيه الكلمات المفتاحية واقع رجال الحماية المدنية ، التوافق المهني ، الحوادث العمل

Abstract : This study aimed to identify the reality of professional adjustment among civil protection personnel. To examine this adjustment and its relationship with work-related accidents, a specialized questionnaire focusing on professional adjustment and work accidents was used. It was administered to 50 members of the Civil Protection Directorate in the Wilaya of Djelfa. The study also sought to determine the impact of certain demographic variables on professional adjustment. A descriptive method was adopted for this study, along with the use of statistical methods and the T-test to analyze and discuss the obtained results. The study concluded with several key findings, the most important of which is the consensus among civil protection personnel regarding their sense of satisfaction and their awareness of the sources of work accidents, as well as how to avoid them.
