Abstract

الملخص العام للمذكرة: تناولت المذكرة بالدراسة والتحليل التوغّل الاستعماري الفرنسي في منطقة الهضاب العليا الوسطى باعتبارها منطقة استراتيجية في قلب الجزائر. وقد انطلقت من تحليل السياقات العامة التي مهّدت لهذا الغزو، مرورًا بدراسة تركيبة المجتمع المحلي ممثّلة في قبائل مثل أولاد نايل، وانتهاءً بإبراز الفعل المقاوم الذي قاده أعيان وشخصيات محلية ذات تأثير كبير. وقد أظهرت الدراسة أن الاحتلال الفرنسي واجه مقاومة شرسة، لم تكن مجرد ردّ فعل، بل كانت تعبيرًا عن وعي اجتماعي وسياسي منظّم. كما أكّدت المذكرة على أهمية البُعد المحلي في فهم آليات المقاومة وديناميكيتها في وجه التوسّع الاستعماري.

General Summary of the Memorandum: The memorandum examined and analyzed the French colonial penetration into the central and eastern High Plateaus, a strategic region in the heart of Algeria. It began with an analysis of the general contexts that paved the way for this invasion, proceeded to examine the composition of local society—represented by tribes such as the Ouled Nail—and concluded by highlighting the resistance led by influential local notables and figures. The study demonstrated that the French occupation faced fierce resistance, which was not merely a reaction, but rather an expression of organized social and political awareness. The memorandum also emphasized the importance of the local dimension in understanding the mechanisms and dynamics of resistance against colonial expansion.

Résumé général du mémorandum: Le mémorandum examinait et analysait la pénétration coloniale française dans les Hauts Plateaux du centre et de l'est, une région stratégique au cœur de l'Algérie. L'étude a débuté par une analyse des contextes généraux ayant préparé cette invasion, puis s'est intéressée à la composition de la société locale – représentée par des tribus comme les Ouled Nail – et s'est conclue par la mise en lumière de la résistance menée par des notables et personnalités locales influentes. L'étude a démontré que l'occupation française s'est heurtée à une résistance acharnée, qui n'était pas une simple réaction, mais plutôt l'expression d'une conscience sociale et politique organisée. Le mémorandum a également souligné l'importance de la dimension locale pour comprendre les mécanismes et la dynamique de la résistance à l'expansion coloniale.
