الاكتئاب لدى مرضى السرطان

Abstract

ملخص باللغة العربية تتناول هذه الدراسة الاستطلاعية موضوع الاكتئاب لدى مرضى السرطان الذين يتلقون العلاج في مستشفى أحمد بن شريف لمكافحة السرطان في الجلفة. تهدف الدراسة إلى استكشاف مدى انتشار أعراض و درجة الاكتئاب بين المرضى ومدى تأثير التشخيص والعلاج على صحتهم النفسية. تم جمع البيانات من خلال استبيانات ومقابلات موجهة لعينة من المرضى، وتم تحليلها لتحديد العوامل المؤثرة في ظهور الاكتئاب وكيفية التعامل معه ضمن الإطار العلاجي المتوفر في المستشفى و لقد توصلت هذه الدراسة الى مايلي : - يعاني مرضى السرطان من إكتئاب متوسط - توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في درجة الاكتئاب تبعا لمتغير الجنس و العمر - توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في درجة الاكتئاب تبعا للحالة الإجتماعية و الشخصية - توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في درجة الاكتئاب تبعا لمتغير العضو المصاب الكلمات المفتاحية : السرطان ، الاكتئاب

Study Summary : This exploratory study addresses the topic of depression among cancer patients receiving treatment at Ahmed BenCherif Cancer Hospital in Djelfa. The study aims to investigate the prevalence and severity of depressive symptoms among patients and the impact of diagnosis and treatment on their mental health. Data was collected through surveys and interviews with a sample of patients and analyzed to identify the factors contributing to the onset of depression and how it is managed within the treatment framework available at the hospital.

The study concluded the following : ● .There are statistically significant differences in the level of depression based on gender and age variables. ●There are statistically significant differences in the level of depression based on marital and personal status variables.
