الملخص:
تتناول هذه المذكرة بالدراسة والتحليل التاريخ السياسي والعسكري للولاية السادسة التاريخية خلال الفترة الممتدة من 1956 إلى 1962، مستندة إلى كتاب "العقيد محمد شعباني وجوانب من الثورة التحريرية الكبرى" للمؤلف محمد العيد مطمر. سلطت الدراسة الضوء على الظروف العامة التي رافقت نشأة الولاية، والتطورات التي عرفتها على الصعيدين التنظيمي والعسكري، مع التركيز على شخصية العقيد محمد شعباني ودوره الريادي في قيادة العمليات العسكرية وتنظيم صفوف المجاهدين. كما تم التطرق إلى التحديات التي واجهتها الولاية داخليًا وخارجيًا، وعلاقتها بالقيادة العامة للثورة، إلى جانب عرض لأهم المعارك والعمليات النوعية التي شهدتها المنطقة. تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مساهمة الولاية السادسة في الثورة التحريرية، وإعادة الاعتبار لشخصياتها البارزة في مسار الكفاح الوطني.

This thesis explores and analyzes the political and militaryhistory of the historicalSixth Wilaya from 1956 to 1962, based on the book "Colonel Mohamed Chaabani and Aspects of the Great LiberationRevolution" by Mohamed El-AidMatmar. The study sheds light on the circumstancessurrounding the foundation of the wilaya, itsorganizational and militarydevelopment, and focuses on the pivotalrole of Colonel Mohamed Chaabani in leadingmilitaryoperations and structuring the resistance. It also examines the internal and external challenges faced by the wilaya, itsrelationshipwith the central leadership of the revolution, and highlightskeybattles and strategicoperations. The researchaims to emphasize the SixthWilaya’ssignificant contribution to Algeria’swar of independence and to honoritsprominentrevolutionary figures.
Ce mémoire étudie et analyse l’histoire politique et militaire de la sixième wilaya historique entre 1956 et 1962, en s’appuyant sur l’ouvrage de Mohamed El-AidMatmar intitulé "Le Colonel Mohamed Chaabani et des aspects de la grande révolution de libération". L’étude met en lumière les conditions dans lesquelles cette wilaya a été fondée, ainsi que son évolution organisationnelle et militaire. Une attention particulière est accordée à la figure du colonel Mohamed Chaabani, à son rôle stratégique dans la conduite des opérations armées et à sa capacité de mobilisation. Le travail aborde également les défis internes et externes rencontrés par la wilaya, ses relations avec la direction centrale du FLN-ALN, et les principales batailles et opérations militaires menées. L’objectif est de souligner la contribution importante de la sixième wilaya à la lutte de libération nationale et de valoriser ses figures emblématiques.
