الضغط النفسي وعالقته بالتوافق االسري لدى أولياء األطفال المعاقين )إعاقة متعددة أقل من 18 سنة(

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن مستوى الضغط النفسي والتوافق االسري لدى أولياء المعاقين إعاقة متعددة والعالقة بينهما ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم استخدام المنهج العي دي، باالعتماد على المقابلة العي ادية نصف الموجهة والمالحظة العلمية ومقياس لنفستاين للضغط النفسي ومقياس التوافق األسري ألحمد يحي عبد الحميد وتم حساب خصائص هما السيكومترية من قبل الباحث ان ، وقد تكونت العينة من خمسة حاالت ألولياء المعاقين تمثلت في األمهات ، وأسفرت الدراسة على مستوى عالي من الضغط النفسي وضعف في التوافق االسري لدى االولياء باإلضافة الى وجود عالقة عكسية بين الضغط النفسي والتوافق األسري فكلما زاد الضغط النفسي انخفض مستوى التوافق األسري . Abstract : The present study aimed to identify the level of psychological stress and family adjustment among parents of individuals with multiple disabilities, as well as the relationship between them. To achieve this objective, the clinical method was employed, relying on a semi structured clinical interview, scientific observation, the Levenstein Psychological Stress Scale, and the Family Adjustment Scale developed by Ahmed Yehia Abdel Hamid, with their psychometric properties evaluated by the researchers. The sample consisted of five cases of parents of individuals with multiple disabilities, represented by mothers. The study revealed a high level of psychological stress and a low level of family adjustment among the parents, in addition to an inverse relationship between psychological stress and family adjustment—meaning that as psychological stress increased, the level of family adjustment decreased Résumé : L’étude actuelle visait à révéler le niveau de stress psychologique et d’adaptation familiale chez les parents d’enfants atteints de handicaps multiples, ainsi que la relation entre ces deux variables. Pour atteindre cet objectif, la méthode clinique a été utilisée, en s'appuyant sur l’entretien clinique semi-directif, l'observation scientifique, l'échelle de stress psychologique de Levinstein et l’échelle d’adaptation familiale d’Ahmed Yehia Abdel Hamid, don’t les propriétés psychométriques ont été établies par les deux chercheurs . L’échantillon était composé de cinq cas de parents d’enfants handicapés, représentés par des mères . Les résultats de l’étude ont révélé un niveau élevé de stress psychologique et une faiblesse dans l’adaptation familiale chez les parents, ainsi qu’une relation Inverse entre le stress psychologique et l’adaptation familiale : plus le stress psychologique augmente, plus le niveau d’adaptation familiale diminue
