Abstract

الملخص يندرج موضوع الأطروحة ضمن سلسلة المتصوفة الذين كان لهم الفضل في نشر العلم والتصوف وإثراء المكتبات بمؤلفاتهم القيمة، ومن بينهم أبو الحسن الششتري (ت 668هـ) الذي نشأ في أسرة ذات علم وجاه كبير ومكانة رفيعة في بلاد الأندلس فترة حكم الموحدين خلال قرن السابع هجري ، فيعدُ أبي الحسن الششتري من أبرز أعلام التي أثرت في الحياة الاجتماعية من خلال تصوفه وعلمه في المغرب والأندلس وكذلك تأثيره ببلاد المشرق، وأما في الحياة الثقافية بإنتاجاته العلمية القيّمة في مختلف العلوم ( الفقه، الأدب...) فاتسمت شخصيته بالترحال وطلب العلم. الكلمات المفتاحية: أبو الحسن الششتري، التصوف، الاندلس، الدولة الموحدية Summary in English The subject of this thesis falls within the tradition of Sufi figures who played a significant role in spreading knowledge and Sufism, as well as enriching libraries with their valuable writings. Among them was Abu al-Hasan al-Shushtari (d. 668 AH), who was born into a highly esteemed and scholarly family in al-Andalus during the Almohad rule in the 7th century AH. Abu al-Hasan al-Shushtari is considered one of the most prominent figures who influenced social life through his Sufism and knowledge in both the Maghreb and al-Andalus, as well as his impact in the eastern Islamic lands. In terms of cultural life, he contributed greatly through his scholarly works in various disciplines (such as jurisprudence, literature, etc.).
