تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية و إنعكاسه على الأداءالوظيفي

Abstract

ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أثر تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية على الأداء الوظيفي في مؤسسة بريد الجزائر بتيارت. اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج دراسة الحالة، وجُمعت البيانات باستخدام استبيان وُزّع على موظفي مؤسسة بريد الجزائر. وقد انطلقت الدراسة من خلال فرضية رئيسية  -يؤدي تطبيق أنظمة الادارة الالكترونية في بريد الجزائر الى تحسين الاداء الوظيفي للموظفين. اما الفرضيات الفرعية : • يؤدي استخدام انظمة الادارة الالكترونية الى زيادة كفاءة إنجاز المهام الروتينية لدى الموظفين في بريد الجزائر لولاية تيارت. • يساهم تطبيق الادارة أنظمة الادارة الالكترونية في تحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة من قبل الموظفين في بريد الجزائر لولاية تيارت . • يؤدي استخدام أنظمة الادارة الالكترونية الى تسريع وتيرة العمل في انجاز المعاملات في بريد الجزائر لولاية تيارت أظهرت النتائج أن الإدارة الإلكترونية تُسهم في تحسين جودة العمل وتبسيط الإجراءات، على الرغم من التحديات المتعلقة بتدريب الموظفين والبنية التحتية التقنية. توصي الدراسة بتعزيز برامج التدريب وتطوير البنية التحتية الرقمية لضمان كفاءة أعلى. وخلصت إلى أن للإدارة الإلكترونية أثرًا إيجابيًا واضحًا على الأداء الوظيفي في بريد الجزائر بتيارت. حيث اظهرت الفرضيات الثلاثة تحققا احصائيا بدلالة قوية مما يؤكد فاعلية التحول الرقمي في تحسين الكفاءة,جودة الخدمة ,وتسريع الانجاز . تدعو نتائجنا إلى توسيع نطاق تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية وتعزيز البنية التحتية الداعمة لها في المؤسسات العمومية.

Le Résumé: Cetteétude vise à mettreen lumière l'impact de l'application de la gestionélectronique sur la performance professionnelle au sein de l’établissementAlgérie Poste à Tiaret. L’étude a adopté la méthode de l’étude de cas, et les donnéesontétécollectées à l’aide d’un questionnaire distribué aux employésd’Algérie Poste. L’étude repose sur unehypothèseprincipale : - L'application des systèmes de gestionélectronique à Algérie Poste conduit à uneamélioration de la performance professionnelle des employés. Quant aux hypothèsessecondaires : - L’utilisation des systèmes de gestionélectroniqueaugmentel’efficacitédansl’exécution des tâchesroutinières chez les employésd’Algérie Poste à Tiaret. - L’application des systèmes de gestionélectroniquecontribue à améliorer la qualité des services offerts par les employésd’Algérie Poste à Tiaret. - L’utilisation des systèmes de gestionélectroniqueaccélère le rythme du travail dans le traitement des opérations à Algérie Poste à Tiaret. Les résultatsontmontré que la gestionélectroniquecontribue à améliorer la qualité du travail et à simplifier les procédures, malgré les défisliés à la formation des employés et à l'infrastructure technique.

Abstract : This study aims to shed light on the impact of implementing electronic management on job performance at the Algerian Post Office in Tiaret. The study adopted the case study methodology, and data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to employees of the Algerian Post Office. The study was based on a main hypothesis: - The implementation of electronic management systems in the Algerian Post leads to an improvement in employees' job performance. As for the sub-hypotheses: - The use of electronic management systems increases the efficiency of completing routine tasks among employees at the Algerian Post in Tiaret. - The application of electronic management systems contributes to improving the quality of services provided by employees at the Algerian Post in Tiaret. - The use of electronic management systems accelerates the pace of work in processing transactions at the Algerian Post in Tiaret. The results showed that electronic management contributes to improving work quality and simplifying procedures, despite challenges related to employee training and technical infrastructure. The study recommends strengthening training programs and developing digital infrastructure to ensure higher efficiency. It concluded that electronic management has a clearly positive impact on job performance at the Algerian Post in Tiaret, as the three hypotheses were statistically confirmed with strong significance.These findings support the effectiveness of digital transformation in enhancing efficiency, service quality, and work speed. Our results call for expanding the implementation of electronic management and reinforcing its supporting infrastructure in public institutions.
