Abstract

ملخص: هذه المذكرة هي واحدة من الأبحاث التي تسلط الضوء على منطقة أولاد نايل الغرابة, التي تشمل منطقة الجلفة و بوسعادة, أثناء مقاومة الأمير والتي تبرز دور قبائل هذه الجهة في حكم الدولة الأميرية ومقاومة الاحتلال. الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو التعرف على ظروف مبايعة الأمير عبد القادر, و على ركائز التنظيم السياسي لدولته, و على مساهمات قبائل أولاد نايل الغرابة في مقاومته. تتمحور الدراسة حول خلفاء الأمير الذين أداروا منطقة أولاد نايل الغرابة و مدى تجاوب قبائل أولاد نايل معهم. تم اعتماد المنهج التاريخي الوصفي للوقائع والأحداث التاريخية وترتيبها. و كذلك المنهج التحليلي وذلك من خلال دراسة جوانب التنظيم الإداري للدولة الأميرية وارتباطها بمبادئ الشريعة الإسلامية. الكلمات المفتاحية: مقاومة الأمير عبد القادر, أولاد نايل الغرابة, خلفاء الأمير, التنظيم السياسي لدولة الأمير, المنهج التاريخي الوصفي للأحداث التاريخية, المنهج التحليلي.

Les successeurs de L’Emir AbdelKader sur Ouled Nail El Gharaba 1847-1836. Résumé : Ce mémoire est l’une des recherches qui mettent en lumière la région Ouled Nail El Gharaba, qui comprend les régions de Djelfa et Bou Saada, lors de la résistance à l'Émir, et qui montre le rôle des tribus de cette région dans la gouvernance de l’Emir et la résistance du colonialisme. Le but de cette étude est d'identifier les circonstances du serment d'allégeance à l'Emir Abdelkader, les fondements de l'organisation politique de son État et les contributions des tribus d’Ouled Nail El Gharaba dans sa résistance. L’étude se concentre sur les successeurs de l’émir qui ont administré la région d’Ouled Nail El Gharaba et sur la mesure dans laquelle les tribus d’Ouled Nail y ont répondu. On a adopté l'approche historique descriptive des faits et événements historiques et de leur arrangement. On a appliqué aussi l'approche analytique, en étudiant les aspects de l'organisation administrative de l'État princier et son lien avec les principes du droit islamique. The successors of Emir AbdelKader on Ouled Nail El Gharaba 1847-1836. Summary : This dissertation is one of the researches which shed light on the Ouled Nail El Gharaba region, which includes the regions of Djelfa and Bou Saada, during the Emir’s resistance, and which shows the role of the tribes of this region in the governance of the Emir and resistance to colonialism. The objective of this study is to identify the circumstances of the allegiance to Emir Abdelkader, the foundations of the political organization of his state and the contributions of the tribes of Ouled Nail El Gharaba in its resistance. The study focuses on the emir's successors who administered the Ouled Nail El Gharaba region and the extent to which the tribes of Ouled Nail responded to them. The descriptive historical approach to historical facts and events and their arrangement was adopted. We also applied the analytical approach, studying aspects of the administrative organization of the princely state and its link with the principles of Islamic law.
