أهمية تقنيات الاتصال الرقميةفي تعزيز دورمسؤول العلاقات العامة والاعلام داخل المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية

Abstract

الملخص: هذه الدراسة الوصفية الميدانية تهدف إلى البحث عن أهمية تقنيات الاتصال الرقمية لدى موظفي العلاقات العامة في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر،والكشف عن اهم التقنيات المستعملة وكيفية ممارستها في اعمالهم اليومية، بالإضافة الى محاولة فهم بعض العراقيل التي تواجههم في استعمالها والحلول المقترحة للحد منها. وقد تم الاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان التي وزعت على جميع الموظفين تمثلت في 50 خمسون مبحوث ومن اهم النتائج تبين استخدام تقنيات الاتصال الحديثةمعتمدة عند جميع الموظفين، حيث يؤكدون بأنهم يتقنون استخدام الوسائل المستخدمة للاتصال بين الموظفين . الكمات المفتاحية: الاتصال، الاتصال الرقمي ، العلاقات العامة.

Abstract: This descriptive field study aims to search for importance of digital communication technologies among the public relations employees of the Algeria Telecom Corporation, and to reveal the most important technologies used and how to practice them in their daily work,to trying to understand some of the obstacles they face in using them and solutions to reduce them.

The questionnaire that was distributed to all employees was relied upon, represented by 50 fifty respondents, and the most important results show that the use of modern communication technologies is approved by all employees, as they confirm that they are proficient in using the means used for communication between employees.
