ملخص:
بعد 132سنة من الاستعمار الفرنسي للجزائر ، تقرر الجزائر أخذ حريتها واسترجاع سيادتها بأي وسيلة كانت لذلك اتبعت العديد من السبل للوصول إلى غايتها،وأجبرت فرنسا على التفاوض فالانطلاقة كانت باتفاقياتإيفيان، فبالرغم من كل العراقيل التي واجهتها إلا أنها وصلت إلى مبتغاها والذي تمثل في قرار وقف إطلاق النار 19مارس 1962، كم تقرر كذلك إجراء استفتاء في الفاتح من جويلية الذي كان نتيجته بالإجماع مؤيدا للاستقلال،وبعده أعلنت فرنسا يوم 03/07/1962استقلال الجزائر،لكن الجزائر اختارت يوم 05 جويلية تاريخا رسميا لاستقلالها كرد اعتبار ومسح هزيمة 05 جويلية 1830.
وبعد هذا الاستقلال ظهر خلافات عديدة شكلت أزمة صائفة التي كانت من أكبر العوائق أمام نشأة الجمهورية الجزائرية.

After 132 years of French colonization of Algeria, Algeriadecides to takeitsfreedom and regain itssovereignty by anymeans. Therefore, itfollowedmanyways to reachits goal, and forced France to negotiate. The shooting of March 19, 1962, how itwasalsodecided to hold a referendum on the 1st of July, whoseresultwasunanimous in support of independence, afterwhich France declared on 03/07/1962 the independence of Algeria, but Algeria chose July 05 as an official date for itsindependence as a response to the defeat of July 05, 1830.
Afterthisindependence, many disputes emergedthatformed a summercrisis, whichwas one of the biggest obstacles to the emergence of the Algerian Republic.
