ملخــص:
إن هذه الدراسة هدفت إلى التطرق لمحاولة معرفة مواقف النخبة الجزائرية من قضية التجنيد الإجباري،حيث تطرقنا في البداية لمعرفة ظهور النخبة الجزائرية، يضاف إلى ذلك الإشارة إلى تلك السياسة المطبقة في حق الجزائريين والتي تمثلت في قانون التجنيد الإجباري الذي رأت فيه فرنسا مصلحة لتعزيز قوتها العسكرية في فترة الحرب العالمية الأولى، لذلك نجد أن هذا القانون قد مثل منعرجا حاسما في مسار الحركة الوطنية،حيث أنه أحدث جدلا كبيرا أوساط المجتمع الجزائري وبالأخص تلك الفئة المثقفة منه التي عبرت عن مواقفها بجملة من الوسائل لتحقيق مطالبها.
Abstract:
This study aimed to address an attempt to know the positions of the penal elite on the issue of compulsory recruitment, where we touched at the beginning to know the emergence of the Algerian elite, in addition to the reference to that policy applied against the Algerians, which was represented in the law of compulsory recruitment in which France saw an interest to promote Its military strength during the period of World War I, so we find that this law represented a decisive turning point in the course of the national movement, as it caused great controversy among Algerian society, especially those educated class of it that expressed its positions through a number of means to achieve its demands.
Résumé:
Cette étude visait à aborder la tentative de connaître les positions de l'élite algérienne sur la question du recrutement obligatoire, alors que nous avons d'abord abordé l'émergence de l'élite algérienne, en plus de cette référence à cette politique appliquée contre les Algériens, qui, qui était représenté dans la loi obligatoire de recrutement dans laquelle la France a vu son intérêt à renforcer sa puissance militaire pendant la période de la Première Guerre mondiale, nous constatons donc que cette loi a représenté un tournant décisif dans le chemin du mouvement national, car il a provoqué une grande controverse à la société algérienne, en particulier ce groupe éduqué, qui a exprimé ses positions avec un certain nombre de moyens pour répondre à ses demandes
