Abstract

ملخص الدراسة بالعربية: تناولت الدراسة دور الحرب العالمية الثانية في دفع الحركة الوطنية الجزائرية نحو تصعيد مطالبها، إذ أسهمت ظروف الحرب في إبراز الوعي السياسي وتباين مواقف الوطنيين بين الإصلاح والاستقلال، بينما واجه الاستعمار ذلك بالقمع. ومع نهاية الحرب وشعارات تقرير المصير، زادت مطالب الاستقلال، خاصة بعد مجازر 8 ماي 1945، ما جعل الجزائريين يوقنون أن الكفاح المسلح هو السبيل لتحقيق الحرية، ومهّد لثورة 1954. الكلمات المفتاحية: الحركة الوطنية الجزائرية ، الحرب العالمية الثانية. ملخص الدراسة بالإنجليزية: The study addressed the role of World War II in pushing the Algerian national movement to escalate its demands. The circumstances of the war contributed to raising political awareness and revealed differing positions among nationalists between reform and independence, while the colonial authorities responded with repression. With the end of the war and the rise of self-determination slogans, demands for independence increased, especially after the massacres of May 8, 1945, which convinced Algerians that armed struggle was the only way to achieve freedom, paving the way for the 1954 Revolution. Keywords: Algerian National Movement, World War II ملخص الدراسة بالفرنسية : L’étude a examiné le rôle de la Seconde Guerre mondiale dans la poussée du mouvement national algérien à intensifier ses revendications. Les conditions de la guerre ont contribué à éveiller la conscience politique et à révéler les divergences entre les nationalistes, partagés entre réformes et indépendance, tandis que la colonisation a répondu par la répression. À la fin de la guerre, avec la montée des slogans sur l’autodétermination, les revendications pour l’indépendance se sont accrues, notamment après les massacres du 8 mai 1945, convainquant les Algériens que la lutte armée était la seule voie pour obtenir la liberté, ouvrant la voie à la Révolution de 1954.
