غيابات تلاميذ النهائي واثره على شهادة الباكالوريا

Abstract

ملخص هدفت هذه المذكرة إلى دراسة ظاهرة غياب التلاميذ في السنة النهائية من التعليم الثانوي وتحليل أثرها المباشر وغير المباشر على تحصيلهم الدراسي ونتائجهم في شهادة البكالوريا. انطلقت الدراسة من الإشكالية الرئيسة: ما مدى تأثير الغيابات المتكررة على نتائج تلاميذ السنة النهائية في امتحان البكالوريا؟ اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم تصميم استبيان ميداني لجمع البيانات المتعلقة بأسباب الغياب وآثاره، وتطبيقه على عينة قصدية من تلاميذ السنة النهائية خلصت المذكرة إلى أن ظاهرة الغياب المدرسي في السنة النهائية تمثل أحد العوامل المؤثرة في التحصيل الدراسي، وأوصت بضرورة وضع برامج تحسيسية للتلاميذ والأولياء حول خطورة الغياب، تعزيز العلاقة بين التلميذ والمؤسسة التعليمية، وتكثيف المتابعة التربوية خصوصًا خلال الفترات الحرجة التي تسبق امتحان البكالوريا. الكلمات المفتاحية: الغياب المدرسي – السنة النهائية – شهادة البكالوريا – التحصيل الدراسي – أسباب الغياب – أثر الغياب.

Abstract: This paper aims to examine the phenomenon of student absenteeism in the final year of secondary education and analyze its direct and indirect impact on academic achievement and baccalaureate results. The study was based on the following key question: To what extent do frequent absences affect the results of final-year students in the baccalaureate exam? We used a descriptive analytical approach in this study, designing a field questionnaire to collect data on the causes and effects of absenteeism and applying it to a purposive sample of final-year students. The memorandum concluded that absenteeism in the final year is one of the factors affecting academic achievement. and recommended the need to develop awareness programs for students and parents about the seriousness of absenteeism, strengthen the relationship between students and educational institutions, and intensify educational follow-up, especially during the critical periods preceding the baccalaureate exam.
