Intelligent power flow management and performance optimization of a hybrid system based on renewable energies // Gestion intelligente du flux de puissance et optimisation de performance d'un système hybride à base des énergies renouvelables

Abstract

تركز هذه الاطروحة على تحسين أداء نظام هجين مستقل قائم على مصادر الطاقات المتجددة و إدارة تدفق الطاقة المنتجة من هذا النظام بذكاء ،حيث يشتمل النظام المقترح على نظام كهروضوئي (PVS) و نظام تحويل طاقة الرياح(WECS) و نظام التخزين،ومختلف اجهزة الطاقة الالكترونية التي تساهم في ادارة و تحسين كفائة انتاج الطاقة .فيما يتعلق بجانب الاحمال ، يشتمل الانظام على احمال تيار المستمر و احمال تيار متردد و مظخة مياه.في هذا السياق قمنا باقتراح تقنية تتبع نقطة الطاقة القصوى(MPPT) ذكية تعتمد على نظام الاستدلال العصبي الضبابي التكيفي (ANFIS) لكل من PVS و WECS وذلك بغية تحسين نوعية الطاقة المنتجة و الرفع من فعالية النظام الهجين.ومن اجل التحقق من فعالية النهج المقترح قمنا بإجراء مقارنة ديناميكية بينه وبين مختلف تقنيات MPPT التقليدية والذكية على سبيل المثال ، خوارزمية الاظطراب و المراقبة و تقنية MPPT المستندة الى المنطق الضبابي الغامض .حيث اضهرت نتائج هذا العمل تفوق النهج المقترح على التقنيات الاخرى من حيث الفعالية و نوعية الطاقة المنتجة.ومن اجل تحسين اداء الجهد عند ناقل التيار المستمر( DC Bus) قمنا باقتراح وحدة التحكم ذكية ANFIS-PI للتحكم في المحول ثنائي الاتجاه الخاص بنظام التخزين ،حيث ساهم هذا النهج في تحقيق استقرار الجهد عند الناقل DCو التخلص من مشكلة التجاوزات .ولإدارة تدفق الطاقة بذكاء للنظام الهجين المدروس قمنا باقتراح استراتيجية ذكية قائمة على المنطق الغامض.تم اجراء هذا العمل باستخدام برنامج ماتلاب ،وفقا للنتائج المتحصل عليها وجد انه تم تحقيق الهدف الذي كنا نصبو اليه من خلال الاستغلال الكامل والامثل للطاقة المنتجة من المصادر المتجددة

This thesis focuses on optimization the performance of a stand-alone hybrid system based on renewable energy sources and managing the flow of power produced from this system intelligently, as the proposed system includes a photovoltaic system (PVS), a wind energy conversion system (WECS), battery storage system (BSS), and various electronic power devices that contribute to managing and improving the efficiency of energy production. With regard to the load side, the system includes DC loads, AC loads and a water pump. In this context,a smart Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) technique based on Adaptive neuro fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) is proposed for both PVS and WECS in order to improve the quality of energy produced and increase the efficiency of the hybrid system. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed approach,a dynamic comparison between it and various traditional and intelligent MPPT techniques is conducted, for example, the perturb and observe (P&O) algorithm and the MPPT-based Fuzzy Logic. The results of this work showed the superiority of the proposed approach over other techniques in terms of efficiency and quality of energy produced. In order to improve the DC bus voltage performance, an ANFIS-PI to control the bidirectional converter of the storage system is proposed, as this approach contributed to achieving voltage stability at the DC bus and eliminating the problem of overshoot and oscillations. And to intelligently manage the energy flow of the studied hybrid system an intelligent strategy based on fuzzy logic is proposed. This work is carried out using the MATLAB program, according to the results obtained, it is found that the goal aimed for is achieved through the full and optimal utilization of energy produced from renewable sources

Cette thèse concentre sur l'optimisation des performances d'un système hybride autonome basé sur des sources d'énergie renouvelables et la gestion intelligente du flux d'énergie produite à partir de ce système, car le système proposé comprend un système photovoltaïque (PVS), un système de conversion de l'énergie éolienne (SCEE), un système de stockage par batterie (SSB), et divers dispositifs électroniques d'alimentation qui contribuent à la gestion et à l'amélioration de l'efficacité de la production d'énergie. En ce qui concerne le côté de la charge, le système comprend des charges en courant continu (CC), des charges en courant alternatif (CA) et une pompe à eau. Dans ce contexte, nous avons proposé une technique intelligente de suivi du point de puissance maximale (MPPT) basée sur le système d'inférence neuro floue adaptative (ANFIS) pour les PVS et les WECS afin d'améliorer la qualité de l'énergie produite et d'augmenter l'efficacité du système hybride. Pour vérifier l'efficacité de l'approche proposée, nous avons effectué une comparaison dynamique entre celle-ci et diverses techniques MPPT traditionnelles et intelligentes, par exemple, l'algorithme de perturbation et d'observation (P&O) et la logique floue basée sur MPPT. Les résultats de ces travaux ont montré la supériorité de l'approche proposée par rapport aux autres techniques en termes d'efficacité et de qualité de l'énergie produite. Afin d'améliorer les performances de tension du bus CC, nous avons proposé un ANFIS-PI pour contrôler le convertisseur bidirectionnel du système de stockage, car cette approche a contribué à obtenir une stabilité de tension au niveau du bus CC et à éliminer le problème de dépassement et d'oscillations. Et pour gérer intelligemment le flux d'énergie du système hybride étudié, nous avons proposé une stratégie intelligente basée sur la logique floue. Ce travail a été réalisé à l'aide du programme MATLAB, en fonction des résultats obtenus, il a été constaté que l'objectif que nous visions a été atteint grâce à l'utilisation complète et optimale de l'énergie produite à partir de sources renouvelables
