Abstract

يَعْتَبِرُ الْعِلْمُ بِأَخْبَارِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَخُلَفَائِهِ الرَّاشِدِينَ رِضْوَانَ اللهِ عَلَيْهُمْ مِنْ بَعْدَهُ إحْدَى أَهُمِ الرَّكَائِزُ فِي حَيَاةِ الْفَرْدِ الْمُسْلِمِ، وَذَلِكَ نَظَرًا لِأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ هُوَ الْأُسْوَةُ وَ الْقُدْوَةُ الْحَسَنَةُ فِي حَيَاةٍ كُلَّ مُسْلِمُ وَأَنَّ الصَّحَابَةَ هُمْ خَيْرُ شَاهِدُ عَلَى هَذَا النَّمُوذَجِ الْعَمَلِيِّ. لِذَلِكَ بَحَثَتْ هَذِهِ الدِّرَاسَةِ فِي إِبْرَازِ جُهُودِ عُلَمَاءِ بِلَادِ الْمَغْرِبِ والاندلس فِي اِعْتِنَائِهِمْ بِالسَّيْرَةِ النَّبَوِيَّةِ وَأَخْبَارِ الْخُلَفَاءِ الرَّاشِدِينَ رِضْوَانَ اللهِ عَلَيْهُمْ، وَذَلِكَ ضِمْنَ فِي إِطَارِ زَمَانِِي مُحَدَّدِ يَمْتَدُّ مِنْ بِدَايَاتِ الْقَرْنِ الرَّابعِ الْهِجْرِيِّ / 10م إِلَى نِهَايَاتِ الْقَرْنِ السَّادسِ الْهِجْرِيِّ / 12م، مَعَ الْإشَارَةِ إِلَى الْأَوْضَاعِ السِّيَاسِيَّةِ وَالثَّقَافِيَّةِ الَّتِي مَرَّتْ بِهَا الْبِلَادُ خِلَالَ هَاتِهِ الْفَتْرَةِ. وَقَدِ اِسْتَطِعْنَا فِي هَذِهِ الْأُطْروحَةِ تَوْضِيحٌ وَبَيَانُ جُهُودِ عُلَمَاءِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ عَامَّةَ خِلَالَ الْقُرُونِ الْهِجْرِيَّةِ الثَّلَاثَةَ الاولى، وَجُهُودَ عُلَمَاءَ الْمَغْرِبِ والاندلس خَاصَّةً فِي اِعْتِنَائِهِمْ بِسَيْرَةِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَ أَخْبَارُ خُلَفَائِهِ الرَّاشِدِينَ مِنْ بَعْدَهُ، وَذَلِكَ مِنْ خِلَالَ مَا قَدَمِهِ لَنَا هَؤُلَاءِ الْعُلَمَاءُ مِنْ مُؤَلِّفَاتٍ تَحَدَّثَتْ عَنْ أَخْبَارِ السَّيْرَةِ النَّبَوِيَّةِ وَالْخِلَاَفَةِ الرَّاشِدَةِ، أَيْنَ تَطَرُّقِنَا إِلَى ذِكْرِ تَرَاجِمِ لِهَؤُلَاءِ الْعُلَمَاءِ الْمَغَارِبَةِ وَالْأَنْدَلُسِيِّينَ، وَأَوْرَدَنَا ذَكَرَا لِمُصَنِّفَاتُهُمْ فِي السَّيْرَةِ النَّبَوِيَّةِ وَالْخِلَاَفَةِ الرَّاشِدَةِ طِيلَةَ فَتْرَةِ الْإِطَارِ الزَّمَانِيِّ لِلدِّرَاسَةَ، مُرْفَقَيْنِ فِي ذَلِكَ دِرَاسَةِ إِحْصَائِيَّةِ لِعَدَّدَ هَذِهِ الْمُصَنَّفَاتِ وَالْوَضْعِ الَّتِي هِي عَلَيْهِ أَكَانَتْ مَطْبُوعَةً أَوْ مَخْطُوطَةٌ أَوْ مَفْقُودَةٌ. إضَافَةِ إِلَى ذَلِكَ، فَقَدْ تَضُمَّنَّ الْبَحْثُ عُنْصُرًا مُهِمًّا يَتَمَثَّلُ فِي تَسْلِيطِ الضَّوْءِ عَلَى أهَمِّيَّةِ النَّقْدِ التَّارِيخِيِّ وَالْعَوَامِلِ الَّتِي سَاهَمَتْ فِي ظُهورِهِ مُنْذُ الْقُرُونِ الْأولَى، كَمَا تَنَاوَلَنَا مُدَى اِسْتِخْدَامِهِ مِنْ قَبْلَ عُلَمَاءِ الْمَغْرِبِ وَالْأَنْدَلُسِ، الَّذِينَ تَأْثُرُوا بِشَكْلِ كَبِيرِ بِعُلَمَاءِ الْحَديثِ، حَيْثُ قَامُوا بِاِنْتِقَادِ الرِّوَايَاتِ وَفُقْ أُسُسَ عِلْمِيَّةَ قَوِيمَةَ وَذَلِكَ مِنْ جَانِبِينَ: الْإِسْنَادُ وَالْمَتْنُ، وَقَدْ خَصَّصْنَا جُزْءًا مِنَ الدِّرَاسَةِ لِتَقْديمَ نَمَاذِجِ تَوَضُّحِ اِنْتِقَادَاتِ هَؤُلَاءِ الْعُلَمَاءِ لِرِوَايَاتِ السَّيْرَةِ النَّبَوِيَّةِ وَالْخِلَاَفَةِ الرَّاشِدَةِ. كَماَ رَكَّزَتْ دِرَاسَتُنَا عَلَى اِسْتِكْشَافٍ وَ اِسْتِنْبَاطُ أَسَالِيبِ وَمَنَاهِجِ عُلَمَاءِ الْمَغْرِبِ وَالْأَنْدَلُسِ فِي تَدْوِينِ رِوَايَاتِ السَّيْرَةِ النَّبَوِيَّةِ وَالْخِلَاَفَةِ الرَّاشِدَةِ( الْفِتْنَةَ الْكُبْرَى)، وَذَلِكَ بِذِكْرِ نَمَاذِجِ مِنَ الْمُصَنَّفَاتِ الْمُتَاحَةِ لَدَيْنَا، مَعَ تَحْلِيلِ طُرُقِهِمْ فِي التَّدْوِينِ وَالْمَعَايِيرُ والْمُصْطَلَحَاتِ النَّقْدِيَّةِ الَّتِي اِسْتَخْدَمُوهَا لِلتَّحَقُّقِ مِنْ صِحَّةِ الرِّوَايَاتِ مِنْ حَيْثُ السَّنَدِ وَالْمَضْمُونِ مَعَ تَقْديمِ أَمْثَلَةِ تَوَضُّحِ هَذِهِ الْمَنَاهِجِ فِي التَّدْوِينِ وَالنَّقْدِ. بِالْإضَافَةِ إِلَى ذَلِكَ، سَعِينَا لِتَوْضِيحِ الْمِنْهَجِ الَّذِي اِتَّبَعَهُ الْعُلَمَاءُ الْمَغَارِبَةُ وَالْأَنْدَلُسِيُّونَ فِي هَذَا الْمَجَالِ، وَمُدَى اِخْتِلَاَفِهِ عَنْ مِنْهَجِ الْعُلَمَاءِ الْمَشَارِقَةِ الَّذِينَ كَانُوًا روادًا فِي الْاِهْتِمَامِ بِالسَّيْرَةِ النَّبَوِيَّةِ مُنْذُ الْقُرُونِ الْأولَى، مِنْ خِلَالَ إِجْرَاءِ مُقَارِنَةِ بَيْنِهِمَا
