Abstract

تبحث هذه الدراسة الموسومة بعنوان : البيوتات العلمية الجزائرية في المغرب الاقصى خلال العهد العثماني ،دراسة نماذج والمتمثلة في :البيتالمقري ،البيتالونشريسي ،البيتالعقباني ،بيت ابن الوقاد ،بيت المشارف حيث عالجت مفهوم البيوتات العلمية وخصائصها والظروف العامة لتشكلها خلال العهد العثماني الى الهجرة نحو المغرب الاقصى كذلك تم التطرق خلال دراسة البيوتات العلمية الى التعريف بالبيت ونسبه وعلمائه الذين كان لهم الاسهام العلمي والحضاري في المغرب من خلال :حركةالتاليف ،التدريس،الاجازات، المناظرات، الخطابة والقضاء والافتاء . هدفنا من هذه الدراسة هو الوقوف على التراث العلمي لعلماء الجزائر في اطار البيوتات بالمغرب ،ورد الاعتبار لهم والاستفادة منهم والاقتداء بهم من خلال ابراز اسهاماتهم العلمية خلال العهد العثماني

The following study, entitled "Algerian Intellectual Households in Morocco during the Ottoman Era," examines prominent scholarly families—the Mokri, Wanshareesi, Oqbani, Ibn al-Waqad, and Al-Masharif households. It investigates the concept and characteristics of these intellectual households, exploring the broader historical context that led to their emergence during the Ottoman period and their migration to Morocco. Through a detailed analysis of each household’s lineage and notable scholars, the study sheds light on their scientific and cultural contributions in Morocco, reflected in activities such as authorship, teaching, academic licensing, public debates, oratory, judiciary, and fatwa issuance. The objective of this research is to highlight the scholarly legacy of Algerian intellectuals within Moroccan society, to restore their rightful recognition, and to inspire future generations by showcasing their contributions during the Ottoman era

L’étude suivante, intitulée « Les familles intellectuelles algériennes au Maroc à l’époque ottomane », examine d’éminentes familles de savants : les familles Mokri, Wanshareesi, Oqbani, Ibn al-Waqad et Al-Masharif. Elle examine le concept et les caractéristiques de ces familles intellectuelles, en explorant le contexte historique plus large qui a conduit à leur émergence pendant la période ottomane et à leur migration au Maroc. À travers une analyse détaillée de la lignée et des savants de chaque famille, l’étude met en lumière leurs contributions scientifiques et culturelles au Maroc, reflétées dans des activités telles que la rédaction, l’enseignement, l’obtention de licences universitaires, les débats publics, l’art oratoire, le pouvoir judiciaire et la délivrance de fatwas. L’objectif de cette recherche est de mettre en lumière l’héritage scientifique des intellectuels algériens au sein de la société marocaine, de restaurer leur juste reconnaissance et d’inspirer les générations futures en mettant en valeur leurs contributions à l’époque ottomane
