Abstract:
تركز هذه الدراسة على تخليق زجاج الفوسفات Na2CuxZn₁₋ₓP2O7(بتركيزاتx = 0, 1و 5 %) باستخدام طريقة اخماد الذوبان التقليدية. تم تحديد الاطوار البلورية للمواد بواسطة انعراج الاشعة السينية(DRX)والتحليل الحراري التفاضلي (ATD)لدراسة تأثير محتوى شوائب أكسيد النحاس (CuO) على حركية تبلور هذا الزجاج . يوفر الارتباط بين النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها من هاتين التقنيتين معلومات قيمة حول سلوك تبلور هذا الزجاج , بالإضافة الى الدور البنيوي الذي يلعبه أكسيد المعادن الانتقالية .تم إيلاء اهتمام خاص لاستخراج وتحليل الخصائص الديناميكية الحرارية مثل درجة حرارة ذروة التبلور ,وطاقة التنشيط , والمحتوى الحراري , وطاقة جيبس الحرة , والانتروبيا , ومعاملات النمو والتنويnو m. علاوة على ذلك , كانت الية التبلور هي نمو ابعاد مختلفة للعينات غير المطعمة والمطعمة .
Cette étude explore la synthèse de verres de phosphate de type Na₂CuxZn₁₋ₓP₂O₇ (avec x = 0, 1 et 5 mol %) en utilisant la méthode conventionnelle de trempe par fusion. Les échantillons élaborés ont été caractérisés par diffraction des rayons X (DRX) et analyse thermique différentielle (ATD) afin d'évaluer l'impact du dopage au CuO sur la cinétique de cristallisation. Une corrélation entre ces techniques révèle des informations clés sur le comportement de cristallisation et le rôle structural de l'oxyde de métal de transition (CuO). L'analyse thermodynamique inclut la température de pic de cristallisation, l'énergie d'activation, l'enthalpie, l'énergie libre de Gibbs, l'entropie et les paramètres n et m du mode de cristallisation. Un mécanisme de cristallisation en volume, avec une croissance cristalline aux dimensions variées selon le dopage, a été identifié .
This study explores the synthesis of phosphate glasses of the type Na₂CuₓZn₁₋ₓP₂O₇ (x = 0, 1, and 5 mol%) using the conventional quenching method. The materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and differential thermal analysis (DTA) to assess the impact of CuOdoping on the crystallization kinetics. A correlation between these techniques reveals key insights into the crystallization behavior and the structural role of the transition metal oxide (CuO). Thermodynamic analysis includes the crystallization peak temperature, activation energy, enthalpy, Gibbs free energy, entropy, and the crystallization mode parameters n and m. A bulk crystallization mechanism, with crystalline growth of varying dimensions depending on doping, was identified
