الإستغلال الوظيفي وتأثيره على ٲداء العامل داخل المؤسسة

Abstract

لقد جاءت دراستنا هاته بعنوان " الاستغلال الوظيفي وتاثيره على اداء العامل داخل المؤسسة- دراسة ميدانية بمستشفى الام و الطفل(الدكتور محمد كاكي) الجلفة وكذلك عرض وتحليل ومناقشة نتائج الدراسة بعد تطبيق الاستبيان والتي تهدف أساسا إلى إبراز تأثير الاستغلال الوظيفي على اداء الموارد البشرية في مستشفى الأم و الطفل ، وبعد معالجة البيانات التي تحصلنا عليها من افراد العينة توصلنا إلى وجود تأثير للاستغلالالوظيفي على الأداء بالمؤسسة.Résume Notre étude s'intitulait « L'exploitation du travail et son impact sur la performance du travailleur au sein de l'institution -une étude de terrain à L'Hôpital Mère et Enfant (Dr. Muhammad Kaki) de Djelfa , ainsi que la présentation ,l'analyse et la l'application du questionnaire , qui vie principalement à mettre en évidence l'impact de l'exploitation au travail sur la performance des ressources humaine à l'hôpital, lamère et l'enfant, et après traitement des données que nous avons obtenues auprès des membre de l'échantillon ,nous avons conclu qu'il y a uneffet de L'exploitation de l'emploi sur la performance de l'institution. Abstract Our study came under the title"Job exploitation and its impact on the performance of the workerwithin the institution – a fieldstudyatMother and Child Hospital (Dr.Muhammad Kaki) in Djelfa; as well as the presentation,analysis and discussion of the results of the studyafter the application of the questionnaire, whichaimsmainly to highlight the impact of job exploitation on the performance of humanresources in the hospital .the mother and the child, and afterprocessing the data weconcludedthatthereis an effect of job exploitation on the performance of the institution.
