Abstract

هدفت الدراسة للبحث عن علاقة تكنولوجياالاعلاموالاتصالبأداءالعمال حيث تناولنا في هذه الدراسة إلى طرح التساؤل المحوري الآتي: • هل لتكنولوجيا الاعلام والاتصال علاقة في أداء العمال؟ وتوصلنا الى أن تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات من خلال علاقتها بأداء العمال من تسهم في تحسين ورفع الأداء البشري كما توصلنا الى : - تقديم إطار نظري وفكري يتعلق بمفهوم تكنولوجيا والاعلام والاتصال وأداء العاملين. - التعرف على علاقة تكنولوجيا الاعلام والاتصال بأداء العمال. - الوصول إلى نتائج يمكن الاستنارة بها لتقديم مجموعة من التوصيات التي تسهم في تفعيل دور تكنولوجيا الاعلام والاتصال في تعزيز أداء العاملين في المؤسسات. - معرفة سلبيات وايجابيات تكنولوجيا الاعلام والاتصال على أداء العمال. الكلمات المفتاحية:تكنولوجيا ، تكنولوجيا الاعلام و الاتصال ، الاداء ، أداء العاملين Summary The study aimed to explore the relationship of information and communication technology to workers' performance. In this study, we asked the following pivotal questions: • Is ICT related to workers' performance? We have found that ICT through its relationship to workers' performance contributes to improving and enhancing human performance, as we have found: - Providing a theoretical and intellectual framework on the concept of technology, information, communication and personnel performance. - Recognize the relationship of information and communication technology to workers' performance. - Access to results that can inform the presentation of a set of recommendations that contribute to the operationalization of the role of information and communication technology in enhancing the performance of employees in enterprises. - Know the disadvantages and pros of information and communication technology on workers' performance.
