التنظيم الاداري في الجامعة الجزائرية وعلاقتها بالجودة في التعليم في ظل جائحة كورونا

Abstract

تهدف هذي الدراسة الى معرفة العلاقة بين التنظيم الاداري في الجامعة الجزائرية بالجودة في التعليم في ظل جائحة كورونا ، حيث قمنا بطرح لاشكال التالي: ماطبيعة العلاقة بين التنظيم الاداري ونظام الجودة في الجامعة الجزائرية في ظل جائحة كورونا ؟وعدة تساؤلات غيرها. حيث تضمنت الفروض التالية: انه يوجد علاقة بين التنظيم الاداري ونظام الجودة في ظل جائحة كورونا ، وتسعى هذه الدراسة الى اختبار الفرضيات التالية : 1 لاتختلف وجهات نظر مسؤولي ضمان الجودة حول السياسة الادارية المناسبة والخيارات لأساسية لتطبيق نظام ضمان الجودة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الجزائرية في ظل جائحة كورونا 3 توجد مجموعة من المعوقات التي تحد من تطبيق نظام ضمان الجودة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الجزائرية ذات اهمية متفاوتة من وجهة نظر مسؤولي ضمان الجودة -استعملنا المنهج الوصفي في هذه الدراسة ،قمنا بعدة دراسات سابقة. انطلاقا مما سبق تحصلنا على النتائج التالية : بان تطبيق نظام ضمان الجودة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الجزائرية يعد احد اهم المداخل التي تمكنها من مواجهة مختلف التحديات العالمية وتكمن اهمية التنظيم في انه احد اهم الوسائل التي تعتمد عليها الدول المتقدمة في تطوير مؤسساتها Summary This study aims to know the relationship between the administrative organization in the Algerian university and the quality in education in light of the Corona pandemic, where we put forward the following forms: What is the nature of the relationship between the administrative organization and the quality system in the Algerian university in light of the Corona pandemic? And several other questions. It included the following assumptions: There is a relationship between the administrative organization and the quality system in light of the Corona pandemic, and this study seeks to test the following hypotheses: The views of quality assurance officials on the appropriate administrative policy and basic options for implementing the quality assurance system in Algerian higher education institutions in light of the Corona pandemic do not differ. There are a number of obstacles that limit the application of the quality assurance system in Algerian higher education institutions of varying importance from the point of view of quality assurance officials. We used the descriptive approach in this study, we did several previous studies. From the above, we get the following results: The application of the quality assurance system in Algerian higher education institutions is one of the most important entrances that enable them to face various global challenges, and the importance of organization lies in that it is one of the most important means that developed countries rely on to develop their institutions
