Abstract:
ملخص الدراسة
هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر التخطيط الاستراتيجي وفعاليته في تحقيق الرقابة الإدارية و قمنا بوضع دراسة ميدانية في بلدية الزعفران.
تكمن الميزة الأساسية للتخطيط الإستراتيجي في مساعدة المؤسسات على وضع استراتيجيات أفضل من خلال اتخاذ مداخل أكثر موضوعية ومنطقيا ونظاما عند الاختيار الإستراتيجي.
وتم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي ،ومن خلال السياق المنهجي اعتمدنا على أسلوب المسح الشامل لملائمته وطبيعة الدراسة و قمنا بجمع البيانات بالأدوات المناسبة و هي الملاحظة واستمارة استبيان على الطاقم الإداري.

L'étude visait à connaître l'impact de la planification stratégique et son efficacité dans la réalisation du contrôle administratif, et nous avons développé une étude de terrain dans la commune de Safran.
Dans cette étude, nous nous sommes appuyés sur l'approche descriptive, et à travers le contexte méthodologique, nous nous sommes appuyés sur la méthode d'enquête compréhensive pour son adéquation et la nature de l'étude, et nous avons collecté des données avec les outils appropriés, à savoir l'observation et un formulaire de questionnaire pour le personnel administratif.

The study aimed to know the impact of strategic planning and its effectiveness in achieving administrative control, and we developed a field study in the municipality of saffron.
The main advantage of strategic planning is that it helps organizations develop better strategies by taking more objective, logical, and systematic approaches to strategic selection.
In this study, we relied on the descriptive approach, and through the methodological context, we relied on the comprehensive survey method for its suitability and the nature of the study, and we collected data with the appropriate tools, namely observation and a questionnaire form for the administrative staff.
