دور النقابة في تكريس الامن النفسي والاجتماعي لدى العمال جامعة الجلفة نموذجا

Abstract

الهدف من خلال درستنا الميدانية كما بينا سابقا إكتشاف بيئة العمل النقابي، وحقيقة ما يعيشه الأستاذ الجامعي في جامعة الجلفة، وفي سبيل معرفة ذلك لجأنا لتوزيع استمارة على عينة مكونة من 30 فردا من الأساتذة موزعين على ثلاثة رتب مهنية ، كما تم الأخذ بعين الاعتبار الصنفين التي تتفرع عن الرتبة المهنية الثانية والثالثة ، و بالنسبة للأساتذة الذين شملتهم عينة بحثنا فهم إما منخرطين في المجلس الوطني للأساتذة التعليم العالي أو النقابة الوطنية للأساتذة الجامعيين أو غير منخرطين في أي تنظيم. __________

Le but à travers notre enquête de terrain, comme nous l'avons dit précédemment, est de découvrir le milieu de travail syndical, et la réalité de ce que vit le professeur d'université à l'Université de Djelfa. pour les professeurs qui ont été inclus dans notre échantillon de recherche, ils sont soit impliqués dans le Conseil National des Professeurs de l'Enseignement Supérieur ou le Syndicat National des Professeurs des Universités, soit ils ne sont impliqués dans aucune organisation. __________

The goal through our field study, as we previously stated, is to discover the trade union work environment, and the reality of what the university professor lives in at the University of Djelfa. It branches off from the second and third professional rank, and as for the professors who were included in our research sample, they are either involved in the National Council of Professors of Higher Education or the National Union of University Professors, or they are not involved in any organization
