الخلاصة:
لقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور جمعية الإرشاد والإصلاح في تنظيم العمل التطوعي ممثلة في المكتب الولائي للجمعية بالجلفة.
وقد أجريت هذه الدراسة على عينة عشوائية بسيطة قوامها ثلاثون (30) متطوعا بجمعية الإرشاد والإصلاح - المكتب الولائي للجمعية بالجلفة -، ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الملائم لطبيعة هذا الموضوع، معتمدين في جمع البيانات على كل من المقابلة واستمارة الاستبيان، وعليه فقد خلصنا إلى ما يلي:
-تعمل جمعية الإرشاد والإصلاح من خلال دورها الخدماتي على تنظيم العمل التطوعي.
-تعمل جمعية الإرشاد والإصلاح من خلال دورها التثقيفي تنظيم العمل التطوعي.

This study aimed to highlight the role of El-Irchad wa El-Islah Association in organizing volunteer work represented by the state office of the Association in Djelfa.
This study was conducted on a simple random sample of thirty (30) volunteers in El-Irchad wa El-Islah Association - the state office of the Association in Djelfa -, To achieve the objectives of this study, we relied on the descriptive analytical approach appropriate to the nature of this topic, relying in collecting data on both the interview and the questionnaire form, and therefore we concluded the following:
-El-Irchad wa El-Islah Association works through its service role to organize volunteer work.
-El-Irchad wa El-Islah Association works through its educational role in organizing volunteer work.

Cette étude visait à mettre en évidence le rôle de l’Association d’El-Irchad wa El-Islah dans l’organisation du travail bénévole représenté par le bureau d’État de l’Association à Djelfa.
Cette étude a été menée sur un échantillon aléatoire simple de trente (30) volontaires de l’Association d’El-Irchad wa El-Islah - le bureau d’Etat de l’Association à Djelfa -, Pour atteindre les objectifs de la présente étude, nous nous sommes appuyés sur l’approche analytique descriptive appropriée à la nature de ce sujet, en nous appuyant sur la collecte de données à la fois sur l’entrevue et sur le formulaire de questionnaire, et nous avons donc conclu ce qui suit :
- L’Association d’El-Irchad wa El-Islah travaille dans le cadre de son rôle de service pour organiser le travail bénévole.
- L’Association d’El-Irchad wa El-Islah travaille par son rôle éducatif dans l’organisation du travail bénévole.
