ملخص مطبوعة مقياس: المخدرات والمجتمع
يُعدّ مقياس «المخدرات والمجتمع» من المقاييس التعليمية الاستكشافية الموجّهة لطلبة السنة الثالثة ليسانس، تخصص علم الاجتماع ضمن كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية – قسم علم الاجتماع والديموغرافيا. يهدف هذا المقياس إلى تمكين الطلبة من فهم ظاهرة تعاطي المخدرات بوصفها ظاهرة اجتماعية مركبة، وتحليل أسبابها وآثارها وانعكاساتها على الفرد والمجتمع، بالاعتماد على مقاربات سوسيولوجية متعددة.
وتهدف مطبوعة «المخدرات والمجتمع» إلى تزويد الطلبة بمعارف أساسية حول ظاهرة المخدرات من منظور سوسيولوجي شامل، من خلال توعيتهم بمخاطر هذه الآفة على الفرد والمجتمع، والتعريف بأنواع المخدرات وآثارها النفسية والجسدية، وتحليل دوافع التعاطي بأبعادها الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والنفسية والثقافية. كما يسعى المقياس إلى إبراز أدوار مختلف المؤسسات الاجتماعية، مثل الأسرة والمدرسة ووسائل الإعلام، في مجالي الوقاية والمكافحة، إلى جانب تسليط الضوء على جهود المشرّع الجزائري في التصدي لظاهرة المخدرات.
ويُولي المقياس أهمية خاصة لتعزيز القيم الأخلاقية والدينية، وتنمية المهارات الشخصية لدى الطلبة بما يساعدهم على اتخاذ قرارات رشيدة ومواجهة الضغوط الاجتماعية، فضلاً عن تشجيعهم على تبنّي حلول وقائية فعّالة، مع التركيز على الأبعاد الاجتماعية والاقتصادية لانتشار المخدرات، وترسيخ مبدأ المسؤولية الفردية والجماعية في مكافحة هذه الظاهرة.
Summary of the Course Handout: Drugs and Society
The course Drugs and Society is an exploratory academic module designed for third-year undergraduate students (Bachelor’s degree) majoring in Sociology, within the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Department of Sociology and Demography. The course aims to equip students with a comprehensive understanding of drug use as a complex social phenomenon, and to enable them to analyze its causes, consequences, and repercussions on both the individual and society, through the use of multiple sociological approaches.
The Drugs and Society course handout seeks to provide students with fundamental knowledge of the drug phenomenon from a holistic sociological perspective. This is achieved by raising awareness of the risks and dangers of drug abuse to individuals and communities, identifying the various types of drugs and their psychological and physical effects, and analyzing the motivations behind drug use in their social, economic, psychological, and cultural dimensions. The course also highlights the roles of key social institutions—such as the family, the school, and the media—in prevention and control efforts, while shedding light on the initiatives and legislative measures undertaken by the Algerian legislator to address the drug phenomenon.
Furthermore, the course places particular emphasis on promoting ethical and religious values, and on developing students’ personal skills in ways that support sound decision-making and the ability to cope with social pressures. It also encourages the adoption of effective preventive strategies, with a focus on the social and economic dimensions of the spread of drugs, while reinforcing the principle of individual and collective responsibility in combating this phenomenon.
