Abstract

نستخلص مما سبق إن التطرق لمساهمة التكوين في الجامعة الجزائرية وتشجيع طالبات الجامعة نجو الاستثمار في المشاريع المقاولاتية في العديد من المجالات (الصناعية، السياحية، الفلاحية الخدمية...الخ)، مع العمل على تسليط الضوء على أهم الأدبيات النظرية للتعليم المقاولاتي في الجزائر، مع تبيان الأسباب التي ساهمت في التفكير للاتجاه المقاولاتي من طرف الطالبات الجامعيات في الجزائر، ومن النتائج التي توصلت إليها هذه الورقة البحثية أن فكرة المقاولاتية في الجزائر أصبحت محل اهتمام المستثمرين والشباب الجامعي بما فيهم طالبات الجامعة من خلال تنمية روح المقاولاتية لديهم في الأوساط الجامعية ، ومن التوصيات المقدمة ضرورة التركيز على تدريس مقياس المقاولاتية في جميع التخصصات. Résumé de l'étude : Nous concluons de ce qui précède que la discussion sur l'apport de la formation à l'Université algérienne et l'encouragement des étudiants universitaires à s'investir dans des projets entrepreneuriaux dans de nombreux domaines (industriel, touristique, agricole, services...etc.), tout en travaillant à faire la lumière sur la littérature théorique la plus importante pour la formation à l'entrepreneuriat en Algérie, avec Expliquer les raisons qui ont contribué à la réflexion sur la tendance entrepreneuriale de la part des étudiantes universitaires en Algérie, et l'un des résultats de ce mémoire de recherche est que l'idée de L'entrepreneuriat en Algérie est devenu le centre d'intérêt des investisseurs et des jeunes universitaires, y compris les étudiants universitaires, à travers le développement de leur esprit d'entreprise dans les milieux universitaires, et parmi les recommandations Introduction La nécessité de se concentrer sur l'enseignement de l'entrepreneuriat à grande échelle dans toutes les disciplines.
