دور الرقابة الإدارية في رفع مستوى الكفاءة المهنية - دراسة حالة بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر لولاية الجلفة

Abstract

الهدف من الدراسة هو معرفة وكشف مراحل وخطوات الرقابة التي تستخدمها المؤسسة وذلك من أجل تجسيد دور الرقابة الادارية في رفع مستوى الكفاءة المهنية حيث أن الرقابة من العمليات الادارية الهامة التي لا يمكن الاستغناء عليها, كالتخطيط والتنظيم والتوجيه فهي عملية ديناميكية مستترة ونشاط اداري منظم يهتم بالإشراف والمتابعة والكفاءات فالعملية الرقابية لها دور فعال وجد مهم في تحسين الكفاءة المهنية لموظفيها فمجمل العمليات التي تقوم بها الادارة من متابعة وتوجيه تعمل على تسخير كافة الطاقات البشرية من قدرات ومعارف للتعامل مع مقتضيات المهنة ومشاكلها ومن ثم الرفع من كفاءة المنظمة ككل. ملخص الدراسة باللغة الانجليزية : The objective of the study is to identify and detect the stages and steps of oversight used by the organization in order to reflect the role of administrative oversight in raising the level of professional competence as oversight is an important and indispensable administrative process. Such as planning, management and guidance, it is a dynamic, veiled process and a structured management activity concerned with supervision, follow-up and competencies. The supervisory process has an effective role to play in improving the professionalism of its staff. The Department's overall follow-up and guidance processes harness all human capacities and knowledge to deal with the requirements and problems of the profession and thus increase the efficiency of the Organization completely.
