Abstract:
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة فهم والكشف عن تمثلات اساتذة التعليم العالي من فعاليات منصات التعليم في تكوين الاساتذة الجدد، ومدى تفاعل مع هذا النوع من التعليم والصعوبات التي واجهت كل أستاذ جامعي للتعامل مع هذا النوع من التعليم.
منصة التعليم في تكوين الاساتذة الجدد ذو فعالية مرتبطة بمدى تطبيقها والاهتمام بها من طرف الأساتذة واستخدامها في التعليم واستكمال المسار الدراسي عند تحتم ووجود ظروف استثنائية في الجامعة، ومن ايجابيات هذا النمط أنه يتلقى الرفض من قبل الاساتذة لسهولة دخول المنصة وكذلك وضع المحاضرات باعتباره مسألة تكنولوجيا، لهذا لقي اهتمام الاساتذة الجامعيين بهذا النوع من التعليم بدلا من إهماله وجعله في متناول جميع الطلبة للتكامل في تحقيق النجاح والرفع من مستوى الجامعة الجزائرية وتحقيق الأهداف التعليمية

Cette étude vise à tenter de comprendre et de révéler les représentations des enseignants du supérieur issus des activités des plates-formes éducatives dans la formation des nouveaux enseignants, l'ampleur de l'interaction avec ce type d'enseignement et les difficultés que chaque professeur d'université rencontrait face à ce type de l'éducation.
La plate-forme d'éducation dans la formation de nouveaux enseignants est efficace liée à l'étendue de son application et de son attention par les professeurs et à son utilisation dans l'éducation et l'achèvement du parcours académique lorsqu'il est impératif et qu'il existe des circonstances exceptionnelles à l'université, et l'un des avantages de ce modèle est qu'il est rejeté par les professeurs pour un accès facile à la plate-forme ainsi que pour placer les conférences comme une question de technologie, C'est pourquoi les professeurs d'université se sont intéressés à ce type d'enseignement au lieu de le négliger et de faire accessible à tous les étudiants afin de réussir et d'élever le niveau de l'université algérienne et d'atteindre les objectifs pédagogiques.

This study aims to try to understand and reveal the representations of higher education teachers from the educational platforms’ activities in the formation of new teachers, the extent of interaction with this type of education and the difficulties that each university professor faced in dealing with this type of education.
The education platform in the formation of new teachers is effective related to the extent of its application and attention to it by the professors and its use in education and the completion of the academic path when it is imperative and there are exceptional circumstances at the university, and one of the advantages of this pattern is that it receives rejection by professors for easy access to the platform as well as placing lectures as a matter of technology, That is why university professors were interested in this type of education instead of neglecting it and making it accessible to all students in order to achieve success and raise the level of the Algerian university and achieve educational goals
