الدافعية للإنجاز لدى طلبة السنة الثالثة ليسانس علم النفس

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث بعنوان "الدافعية للإنجاز لدى طلبة السنة الثالثة ليسانس علم النفس _دراسة ميدانية على عينة من طلبة السنة الثالثة علم النفس بجامعة زيان عاشور الجلفة" إلى: * التعرف على درجة الدافعية للإنجاز لدى طلبة السنة الثالثة ليسانس بكلية العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة زيان عاشور الجلفة في ظل جائحة كورونا. * الكشف عنامكانية وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في الدافعية للإنجاز لدى طلبة السنة الثالثة ليسانس بكلية العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة زيان عاشور الجلفة تعزى لمتغير الجنس. * الكشف عن امكانية وجودفروق ذات دلالة احصائية في الدافعية للإنجاز لدى طلبة السنة الثالثة ليسانس بكلية العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة زيان عاشور الجلفة تعزى لمتغير التخصص. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (30) طالب بالجامعة تم اختيارها بطريقة قصديه، وتم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي، مستخدما استبيان لقياس الدافعية للإنجاز ل عبد اللطيف محمد خليفة(2006) والمأخوذ من دراسة جعفر صباح (2016)، وقد أجري البحث خلال السنة الجامعية 2021/2022. وقد تمت المعالجة الإحصائية باستخدام برنامج (SPSS) النسخة (22)، بالاعتماد على الأساليب الاحصائية التالية: المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، اختبار ت، اختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي. وقد أشارت النتائج إلى:  ارتفاع درجة الدافعية للإنجاز لدى طلبة السنة الثالثة ليسانس بكلية العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة زيان عاشور _الجلفة_.  وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الدافعية للإنجاز لدى أفراد عينة البحث تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث.  عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في الدافعية للإنجاز لدى أفراد عينة البحث تعزى لمتغير التخصص. ResearchSummary: This research, entitled: "Achievement Motivation for Third-Year Students of the Bachelor of Psychology - A field study on a sample of third-year psychology students at ZayanAshour University of Djelfa" aims to: *Identifying the degree of achievement motivation among third-year undergraduate students at the Faculty of Social Sciences at Xian Ashour University of Djelfa in light of the Corona Award. * Detecting the possibility of the existence of statistically significant differences in the motivation for achievement among students of the third year of BA at the Faculty of Social Sciences at ZayanAshour University of Djelfa due to the gender variable. * Detecting the possibility of the existence of statistically significant differences in the motivation for achievement among students of the third year of Bachelor’s degree in the Faculty of Social Sciences at ZayanAshour University of Djelfa due to the variable of specialization. The sample of the study consisted of 30 university students who were chosen in an intentional way, and the descriptive approach was adopted, using a questionnaire to measure achievement motivation for Abdul Latif Muhammad Khalifa 2006 and the brotherhood of Jaafar Sabah 2016 study. The researchwasconductedduring the academicyear 2021/2022. The results came to:  The high degree of achievement motivation among third-year undergraduate students at the Faculty of Social Sciences at Xian Ashour University of Djelfa in light of the Corona pandemic.  There are statistically significant differences in the motivation for achievement among the members of the research sample due to the gender variable in favor of females.  There are no statistically significant differences in the motivation for achievement among the members of the research sample due to the variable of specialization.
