صعوبات الإرشاد النفسي في عملية التوجيه المدرسي

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى أي مدى تعيق صعوبات الإرشاد النفسي عملية الإختيار المناسب للشعب حسب قدرات وإستعدادات التلاميذ، وكذلك التعرف على مستوى الخدمات النفسية والتربوية ودورها الفعال في الحد من مشكلات التوجيه المدرسي. ومحاولة الاجابة عن التساؤل الرئيسي والمتمثل في:" ماهي صعوبات الإرشاد النفسي التي تواجه مستشار التوجيه في عملية التوجيه المدرسي؟ " تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال تطبيق إستبيان مصمم من " 05 " محاور، وتكونت العينة من" 30 " مستشار. حيث تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: - يواجهمستشارالتوجيهصعوبات ناجمةعننقصوسائلالعمل. - يواجهمستشارالتوجيهصعوباتناجمةعننقصإدراكقيمةالخدمةالإرشاديةمنطرفالإدارة. - لايواجهمستشارالتوجيهصعوباتناجمةعننقصإدراكقيمةالخدمةالإرشاديةمنطرفالمتعلمين. - لا يواجهمستشارالتوجيهصعوباتناجمةعنعدمقدرتهعلىبناءعلاقاتمعالتلاميذ. - يواجهمستشارالتوجيهصعوباتناجمةعنعدمقدرتهعلىبناءعلاقاتمعالاولياء.

Abstract : This study aimed to identify the extent to which the psychological counseling difficulties hinder the process of appropriate selection of the people according to the abilities and preparations of the students, as well as to identify the level of psychological and educational services and their effective role in reducing the problems of school guidance. And an attempt to answer the main question represented in: "What are the psychological counseling difficulties that the guidance counselor encounters in the school guidance process?" The descriptive analytical approach was used, by applying a questionnaire designed from "05" axes, and the sample consisted of "30" consultants. Where the following results were obtained: - The guidance counselor faces difficulties due to the lack of means of work. - The guidance counselor faces difficulties resulting from the lack of awareness of the value of the counseling service on the part of the administration. - The guidance counselor does not face difficulties resulting from a lack of awareness of the value of the guidance service on the part of the learners. - The guidance counselor does not face difficulties arising from his inability to build relationships with students. - The guidance counselor faces difficulties resulting from his inability to build relationships with parents.
