Abstract:
تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع بيئة العمل وعلاقتها بالفعالية التنظيمية، حيث هدفت إلى إبراز مدى تأثير مختلف أبعاد بيئة العمل داخل مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بولاية الجلفة على مستوى الفعالية التنظيمية لدى العاملين. وقد تم التركيز على أبعاد بيئة العمل المتمثلة في البيئة المادية، والبيئة التنظيمية، والبيئة الاجتماعية، باعتبارها من العوامل الأساسية المؤثرة في أداء الأفراد وتحقيق أهداف المؤسسة.
واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات من عينة من موظفي المؤسسة، ثم معالجة البيانات إحصائيًا للوصول إلى النتائج. وقد أظهرت الدراسة وجود علاقة ارتباط وتأثير بين بيئة العمل والفعالية التنظيمية، حيث تبين أن توفير ظروف عمل ملائمة، وتحسين العلاقات المهنية، وتعزيز أساليب التنظيم والتواصل داخل المؤسسة، من شأنه أن يرفع من كفاءة العاملين ويزيد من قدرتهم على تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة بفعالية.
وفي ضوء النتائج المتوصل إليها، أوصت الدراسة بضرورة اهتمام المؤسسة بتحسين بيئة العمل بمختلف أبعادها، والعمل على توفير مناخ تنظيمي واجتماعي محفز يساهم في رفع مستوى الأداء وتحقيق الفعالية التنظيمية.

This study addresses the topic of the work environment and its relationship with organizational effectiveness. It aims to highlight the impact of the various dimensions of the work environment within Algérie Télécom in Djelfa on the level of organizational effectiveness among employees. The study focused on the dimensions of the work environment represented by the physical environment, the organizational environment, and the social environment, as they are considered essential factors influencing employees’ performance and the achievement of the organization’s objectives.
The study adopted the descriptive analytical method and used a questionnaire as a tool for data collection from a sample of the company’s employees. The collected data were statistically analyzed in order to obtain the results. The findings revealed the existence of a correlation and impact relationship between the work environment and organizational effectiveness. The study showed that providing suitable working conditions, improving professional relationships, and enhancing organizational and communication methods within the company contribute to increasing employees’ efficiency and strengthening their ability to achieve organizational goals effectively.
In light of the obtained results, the study recommended that the company should pay greater attention to improving the work environment in all its dimensions and work toward providing a motivating organizational and social climate that contributes to enhancing performance and achieving organizational effectiveness.
