Abstract

تتناولهذهالمذكرةموضوعقلقالموتلدىالحواملالمقبلاتعلىالعمليةالقيصرية،باعتبارهمنالمشكلاتالنفسيةالتيقدتواجهالمرأةالحاملخلالفترةالحملوخاصةمعاقترابموعدالولادةالجراحية،حيثينتاببعضالحواملشعوربالخوفوالتوتروالقلقالمرتبطبإمكانيةحدوثمضاعفاتأثناءالعمليةأوفقدانالحياة،ممايؤثرفيحالتهنالنفسيةوالجسدية. وتهدفالدراسةإلىالتعرفعلىمستوىقلقالموتلدىالحواملالمقبلاتعلىالولادةالقيصرية،والكشفعنالعواملالنفسيةوالاجتماعيةوالصحيةالمرتبطةبه،إضافةإلىمعرفةمدىتأثيرالخبراتالسابقةوالدعمالأسريوالرعايةالطبيةفيتخفيفهذاالقلق. وقداعتمدتالدراسةعلىالمنهجالوصفيمنخلالتطبيقأدواتنفسيةلقياسمستوىقلقالموتلدىعينةمنالحوامل،وتوصلتإلىأنارتفاعالقلقيرتبطغالبًابالخوفمنالألموالمضاعفاتالجراحيةوضعفالتهيئةالنفسيةقبلالعملية،كماأبرزتأهميةالدعمالنفسيوالتوعيةالطبيةفيالتقليلمنحدةهذاالقلقوتحسينالحالةالنفسيةللحواملالمقبلاتعلىالعمليةالقيصرية. هدفتهذهالدراسةإلىالتعرفعلىمستوىقلقالموتلدىالحواملالمقبلاتعلىالعمليةالقيصرية،والكشفعنالعواملالنفسيةوالاجتماعيةوالصحيةالمؤثرةفيه،إضافةإلىمعرفةأثرالخوفمنالعمليةالجراحيةومضاعفاتهاعلىالحالةالنفسيةللحامل،كماتسعىإلىإبرازأهميةالدعمالنفسيوالرعايةالطبيةفيالتخفيفمنحدةالقلقومساعدةالحواملعلىالتكيفالنفسيقبلإجراءالعمليةالقيصرية.

Abstract: This paper addresses the topic of death anxiety among pregnant women scheduled for cesarean section. This is a psychological issue that pregnant women may face, especially as the surgical delivery date approaches. Some pregnant women experience fear, tension, and anxiety related to the possibility of complications during the procedure or even death, which affects their psychological and physical well-being. The study aims to identify the level of death anxiety among pregnant women scheduled for cesarean section, uncover the associated psychological, social, and health factors, and determine the extent to which past experiences, family support, and medical care contribute to alleviating this anxiety. The study employed a descriptive approach, utilizing psychological tools to measure the level of death anxiety in a sample of pregnant women. It concluded that high levels of anxiety are often linked to fear of pain and surgical complications, as well as inadequate pre-operative psychological preparation. The study also highlights the importance of psychological support and medical awareness in reducing the severity of this anxiety and improving the psychological state of pregnant women scheduled for cesarean section.

This study aimed to identify the level of death anxiety among pregnant women about to undergo a cesarean section, and to reveal the psychological, social and health factors affecting it, in addition to knowing the effect of fear of surgery and its complications on the psychological state of the pregnant woman. It also seeks to highlight the importance of psychological support and medical care in reducing the severity of anxiety and helping pregnant women to adapt psychologically before undergoing a cesarean section
