الملخص:
الدولة الوطنية في الجزائر ما بين مشروعية الثورة ورهانات التنمية (1962 - 1989م).
تأسست الدولة الوطنية في الجزائر عام 1962م على أنقاض استعمار استيطاني، مستمدة وجودها من "الشرعية الثورية" ابتداءا من أحمد بن بلة، الذي سعى إلى تثبيت سيادتها داخليًا عبر بناء مؤسسات قوية وتحقيق الاستقرار، وخارجيًا من خلال انتهاج سياسة مستقلة وتعزيز مكانتها في الساحة الدولية.
ركزت الدولة في عهد بومدين على استكمال السيادة عبر تأميم الثروات وبناء قاعدة صناعية ثقيلة كرهان لتحقيق الاستقلال الاقتصادي، لكن هذا النموذج واجه عقبات البيروقراطية والتبعية لعائدات المحروقات، ومع حلول الثمانينيات وانخفاض أسعار النفط، كشفت الأزمة البترولية 1986م هشاشة التنمية القائمة على الريع، مما أدى لانفجار اجتماعي في أكتوبر 1988م، تُوجت هذه المرحلة بدستور 1989م، الذي أعلن نهاية الأحادية الحزبية والتوجه الاشتراكي، محاولاً الانتقال من شرعية "البندقية والتاريخ" إلى شرعية "الصندوق والتعددية" لمواجهة رهانات العصر الجديد.

The National State in Algeria: Between Revolutionary Legitimacy andDevelopment Challenges.(1962–1989)
Following its independence in 1962, the Algerian national state was built on the ruins of settler colonialism. Under the leadership of Ahmed Ben Bella, the new state derived its primary authority from "revolutionary legitimacy." The government focused on consolidating internal sovereignty by establishing strong public institutions and achieving social stability, while pursuing an independent foreign policy to strengthen Algeria's position in international relations.
During the Boumédiène era, the state shifted its priorities toward achieving full economic independence. This was pursued through the nationalization of national resources and the development of a heavy industrial sector. However, this development model faced major obstacles, including bureaucratic difficulties and a strict reliance on hydrocarbon revenues. By the 1980s, the sharp decline in oil prices exposed the vulnerability of this rent-based economy. This economic crisis triggered widespread social unrest in October 1988, which ultimately led to the adoption of the 1989 Constitution. This new constitution marked the official end of the one-party system and the socialist approach. It attempted to transition the state's political authority from historical and military success to democratic pluralism and elections, in order to face the challenges of a new era.
