Abstract

الملخص :

هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين المناعة النفسية والاحتراق النفسي لدى المرأة العاملة في القطاع الصحي بمستشفى 120سرير ب القرارة ولاية غرداية وتمت الدراسة على عينة تمثلت في 30 عاملة في القطاع الصحي تم اختيارها بطريقة قصدية و استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي لملائمة الدراسة الحالية كما تم الاستعانة بمقياسين مقياس المناعة النفسية ومقياس الاحتراق النفسي وبعد توزيع اداة جمع البيانات تحصلنا على النتائج التالية: توافقت العلاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المناعة النفسية والاحتراق النفسي لدى المرأة العاملة في القطاع الصحي. توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المناعة النفسية ودرجة نقص الشعور بالإنجاز الشخصي لدى المرأة العاملة في القطاع الصحي. توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المناعة النفسية ودرجة تبلد المشاعر لدى المرأة العاملة في القطاع الصحي كما توافقت مع دراسة. توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المناعة النفسية و درجة الاجهاد الانفعالي لدى المرأة العاملة في القطاع الصحي. الكلمات المفتاحية: المناعة النفسية، الإحتراق النفسي، المرأة العاملة، القطاع الصحي.

Abstract

The current study aimed to reveal the nature of the relationship between psychological immunity and psychological combustion among women working inthe health sector at a 120-bed hospital in Al-GuerraraGhardaia Province. The study was carried out on a sample of 30 workers in the health sector that was chosen in an intentional manner. We used the descriptive method to suit the current study. We also used two psychoimmune scales and the psychological combustion scale. After distributing the data collection tool, we obtained the following results: The relationship with an immunitary significant relationship between psychological immunity and psychological combustion among women working in the health sector has been consistent. There is aimmunically significant relationship between psychological immunity and the degree of lack of sense of personal achievement in women working in the health sector. There is a statistically significant relationship between psychological immunity and the degree of dullness of emotions in women working in the health sector, as agreed with a study. There is an immunely significant relationship between psychological immunity and the degree of emotional stress in women working in the health sector Keywords: Psychological immunity, psychological burnout, working women, health sector.
