استخدام الأساتذة الباحثين لتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي و انعكاساته على حقوق الملكية الفكرية: أساتذة قسم علم المكتبات و الإعلام و الاتصال

Abstract

الملخص باللغة العربية : جاءت هذه الدراسة من أجل تحليل واقع استخدام الاساتذة الجامعيين والباحثين لتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في البحث العلمي، وانعكاس ذلك على حقوق الملكية الفكرية، وانبثقت اشكالية الدراسة من خلال الاعتماد الكبير الذي أصبحت تتميز به هذه التطبيقات في الوسط الاكاديمي، مع عدم وجود الغطاء القانوني الذي ينظم استعمال هذه التقنيات. وافرزت النتائج عدة ايجابيات وسلبيات تتعلق بواقع استخدام هذه التطبيقات في الوسط الاكاديمي، ومن بين اهم النتائج التي توصلت اليها هذه الدراسة، هو ما تعلق بإشكالات ملكية المحتوى الناتج من خلال استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي وحدود تدخل الباحث فيها، كما اظهرت الدراسة وجود تحديات قانونية مرتبطة بحقوق المؤلف في ظل تدريب النماذج على الاعمال المحمية، وخلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تطوير التشريعات القانونية لضبط استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي وحماية الملكية الفكرية. الكلمات الدالة باللغة العربية : تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي، الاساتذة الجامعيون والباحثون، الإنتاج العلمي، اخلاقيات البحث العلمي، الملكية الفكرية الرقمية، اخلاقيات الذكاء الاصطناعي .

Abstract: This study came to analyze the reality of the use of artificial intelligence applications in scientific research by university professors and researchers, and its reflection on intellectual property rights The study's problem emerged through the great reliance that these applications have come to be characterized by in the academic environment, alongside the absence of a legal framework that regulates the use of these technologies. The results yielded several positives and negatives related to the reality of using these applications in the academic environment Among the most important results reached by this study is what relates to problems of ownership of the content resulting from the use of artificial intelligence technologies and the limits of the researcher’s intervention in it The study also showed the existence of legal challenges related to copyright in light of training models on protected works The study concluded with the necessity of developing legal legislation to control the use of artificial intelligence and protect intellectual property.
