ملخص :
تتناول هذه المذكرة مشروع الإصلاح عند أحمد توفيق المدني باعتباره أحد أبرز المفكرين الجزائريين الذين أسهموا في ترسيخ الوعي الوطني خلال فترة الاستعمار. وقد انطلق في رؤيته الإصلاحية من الإيمان بأهمية المحافظة على مقومات الشخصية الجزائرية المتمثلة في الإسلام واللغة العربية والتاريخ الوطني، باعتبارها أسس الهوية الوطنية.
ركز المدني على إصلاح التعليم ونشر الثقافة والوعي بين أفراد المجتمع، وعدَّ التربية الوسيلة الأساسية لإعداد جيل قادر على مواجهة سياسات الاستعمار ومقاومة محاولات طمس الهوية. كما دعا إلى توحيد جهود الجزائريين وتعزيز روح الانتماء الوطني من أجل تحقيق التحرر والاستقلال وبناء دولة حديثة قائمة على القيم الأخلاقية والوطنية.
وتخلص المذكرة إلى أن مشروع أحمد توفيق المدني الإصلاحي لم يكن مجرد دعوة فكرية، بل كان برنامجاً عملياً يهدف إلى إحياء المجتمع الجزائري وتحقيق نهضته الشاملة من خلال الإصلاح الديني والثقافي والتربوي والوطني.

Summary
This dissertation examines the reform project of Ahmed Tawfiq al-Madani, one of the prominent Algerian intellectuals who played a significant role in strengthening national awareness during the colonial period. His reformist vision was based on preserving the fundamental components of the Algerian identity, namely Islam, the Arabic language, and national history, which he considered the pillars of the nation's cultural and historical identity.
Al-Madani emphasized the importance of educational reform and the dissemination of knowledge and awareness within society. He regarded education as the primary means of preparing generations capable of confronting colonial policies and resisting attempts to erase Algerian identity. He also called for national unity and the reinforcement of patriotic values to achieve liberation, independence, and the establishment of a modern state founded on moral and national principles.
The dissertation concludes that Ahmed Tawfiq al-Madani's reform project was not merely a theoretical discourse but a practical program aimed at reviving Algerian society and achieving comprehensive progress through religious, cultural, educational, and national reform.
