عمل المرأة في قطاع التعليم وتأثيره على إدارة البيت دراسة ميدانية على مجموعة من النساء العاملات في قطاع التعليم بمدينة حاسي بحبح

Abstract

باللغة العربية: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير عمل المرأة في قطاع التعليم على إدارة البيت لدى مجموعة من النساء العاملات في قطاع التعليم بمدينة حاسي بحبح، وانطلقت الدراسة من التساؤل العام: هل لعمل المرأة في قطاع التعليم تأثير على إدارتها للبيت؟ ومنه التساؤلات الفرعية التالية: هل يؤثر عمل المرأة في قطاع التعليم على التحصيل الدراسي لأبنائها؟ هل يؤثر عمل المرأة في قطاع التعليم على علاقاتها الزوجية وشعورها بالأمن والاستقرار؟ وتبعا لذلك تمت صياغة الفرضيتين التاليتين: الفرضية الأولى:يؤثر عمل المرأة في قطاع التعليم على التحصيل الدراسي لأبنائها. الفرضية الثانية: يؤثر عمل المرأة في قطاع التعليم على علاقاتها الزوجية وشعورها بالأمن والاستقرار. - اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على أداة البحث الاستبيان أو الاستمارة، واخترنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كمنهج مناسب لهذه الدراسة، واستعملنا الأسلوب الإحصائي (النسب والتكرارات). - تمثل مجتمع البحث في الإناث العاملات في قطاع التعليم، أما المجال المكاني فقد كان على مستوى مجموعة من مدارس مدينة حاسي بحبح وتم توزيع الاستمارة في 10أفريل 2026 وجمعها كان يوم 11 أفريل 2026، واشتملت عينة الدراسة على 60 أستاذة ومعلمة من جميع المراحل التعليمية، وجاءت نتائج الدراسة إيجابية نسبيا، وأكدت على تحقق صحة فرضية الدراسة مصطلحات البحث:عمل المرأة، قطاعالتعليم، إدارة البيت، التحصيل الدراسي، الاستقرارالأسري، العلاقات الزوجية.

الملخص باللغة الانجليزية: Abstract This study aimed to examine the impact of women's employment in the education sector on household management among a group of working women in the city of Hassi Bahbah. The study was based on the following main research question: Does women's employment in the education sector affect their household management? The following sub-questions were also addressed: • Does women's employment in the education sector affect their children's academic achievement? • Does women's employment in the education sector affect their marital relationships and their sense of security and stability? Accordingly, the following hypotheses were formulated: 1. Women's employment in the education sector affects their children's academic achievement. 2. Women's employment in the education sector affects their marital relationships and their sense of security and stability. This study relied on a questionnaire as the primary research instrument and adopted the descriptive-analytical approach as the most appropriate methodology. Statistical methods, including frequencies and percentages, were used for data analysis. The research population consisted of women working in the education sector. The field study was conducted in a group of schools in the city of Hassi Bahbah. The questionnaire was distributed on April 10, 2026, and collected on April 11, 2026. The study sample included 60 female teachers and educators from all educational levels. The findings were relatively positive and confirmed the validity of the study hypotheses, indicating that women's employment in the education sector has an impact on household management, children's academic achievement, and family stability.
