Abstract

الملخص باللغة العربية: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير ظروف العمل على الأداء المهني للمعلم لدى مجموعة من المعلمين والمعلمات بابتدائيات حاسي بحبح، وانطلقت الدراسة من التساؤل العام: هل تؤثر ظروف العمل على الأداء المهني للمعلم ؟ و منه التساؤلات الفرعية التالية: هل تؤثر الظروف المادية والتنظيمية للمؤسسة التعليمية على الأداء المهني للمعلم؟ هل تؤثر الظروف البيداغوجية على الأداء المهني للمعلم ؟ هل تؤثر طبيعة العلاقات المهنية داخل المؤسسة التعليمة على الأداء المهني للمعلم؟ وتبعا لذلك تمت صياغة الفرضيتين التاليتين: 1. الفرضية الأولى:تؤثر الظروف المادية والتنظيمية للمؤسسة التعليمية على الأداء المهني للمعلم. 2. الفرضية الثانية: تؤثر الظروف البيداغوجية على الأداء المهني للمعلم. 3. الفرضية الثالثة: تؤثر طبيعة العلاقات المهنية داخل المؤسسة التعليمية على الأداء المهني للمعلم. - اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على أداة البحث الاستبيان أوالاستمارة، واخترنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كمنهج مناسب لهذه الدراسة، واستعملنا الأسلوب الإحصائي (النسب والتكرارات). - تمثل مجتمع البحث في المعلمين والمعلمات، أما المجال المكاني فقد كان على مستوى مجموعة من مدارس الابتدائية بمدينة حاسي بحبح وتم توزيع الاستمارة في 10أفريل 2026 وجمعها كان يوم 11 أفريل 2026، واشتملت عينة الدراسة على 70 معلم ومعلمة، وجاءت نتائج الدراسة إيجابية، وأكدت على تحقق صحة فرضية الدراسة - مصطلحات البحث:ظروف العمل، الأداء المهني،المعلم ،العلاقاتالمهنية،الظروف المادية والتنظيمية ،الظروف البيداغوجية.

الملخص باللغة الانجليزية: Abstract This study aimed to identify the impact of working conditions on teachers’ professional performance among a group of primary school teachers in Hassi Bahbah. The study was based on the following main research question: Do working conditions affect teachers’ professional performance? The following sub-questions were also addressed: • Do the material and organizational conditions of the educational institution affect teachers’ professional performance? • Do pedagogical conditions affect teachers’ professional performance? • Does the nature of professional relationships within the educational institution affect teachers’ professional performance? Accordingly, the following hypotheses were formulated: 1. The material and organizational conditions of the educational institution affect teachers’ professional performance. 2. Pedagogical conditions affect teachers’ professional performance. 3. The nature of professional relationships within the educational institution affects teachers’ professional performance. This study relied on a questionnaire as the primary research instrument and adopted the descriptive-analytical approach as the most suitable methodology. Statistical methods, including frequencies and percentages, were used for data analysis. The research population consisted of male and female teachers working in a group of primary schools in Hassi Bahbah. The questionnaire was distributed on April 10, 2026, and collected on April 11, 2026. The study sample included 70 teachers. The findings were positive and confirmed the validity of the study hypotheses, indicating that working conditions have a significant impact on teachers’ professional performance.
