ملخص الدراسة (باللغة العربية)
تستهدف هذه الدراسة استكشاف العلاقة الارتباطية بين الصلابة النفسية والضغوط النفسيةلدى أمهات الأطفال المصابين باضطراب طيف التوحد (ASD) في البيئة الجزائرية. تنطلق الدراسة من فرضية مؤداها أن الصلابة النفسية تعمل كـ "درع واقي" يخفف من حدة الاحتراق النفسي والتوتر الناتج عن الرعاية المكثفة لهؤلاء الأطفال. اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي والمقاربة العيادية لدراسة الحالة، مع تطبيق مقاييس سيكومترية متخصصة (مثل مقياس كوبازا للصلابة) على عينة من الأمهات.
كشفت النتائج عن وجود ارتباط وثيق ودال إحصائياً بين انخفاض مستويات الصلابة النفسية وارتفاع حدة والضغوط المتراكمة. كما أظهرت الدراسة أن الأمهات اللواتي يمتلكن أبعاد الصلابة (الالتزام، التحكم، والتحدي) كنَّ أكثر قدرة على إعادة التقييم المعرفي لصدمة التشخيص، مما يقلل من النظرة التشاؤمية للمستقبل. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن العوامل الديموغرافية كالسن والمستوى التعليمي، رغم أهميتها، تظل ثانوية أمام جودة المساندة الاجتماعية. وفي الختام، أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الانتقال من "نموذج العجز" إلى "نموذج القوة" عبر تصميم برامج إرشادية وتدريبية تهدف إلى التمكين النفسي للأمهات ورفع جودة حياتهن، باعتبارهن الركيزة الأساسية لنجاح أي برنامج تأهيلي للطفل.

Study Abstract (English)
This study aims to explore the correlational relationship between psychological hardiness, psychological stress, and future anxiety among mothers of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in the Algerian context. The research is based on the premise that psychological hardiness acts as a "protective shield" that mitigates burnout and tension resulting from the intensive care required for these children. The study employed a descriptive correlational method and a clinical case-study approach, utilizing specialized psychometric scales (such as the Kobasa Hardiness Scale) on a sample of mothers.
The results revealed a significant statistical correlation between low levels of psychological hardiness and increased future anxiety and cumulative stress. Furthermore, the study showed that mothers possessing the dimensions of hardiness (commitment, control, and challenge) were more capable of cognitively reappraising the diagnosis trauma, thereby reducing pessimistic views of the future. The findings indicated that while demographic factors like age and education are relevant, they remain secondary to the quality of perceived social support. In conclusion, the study recommended shifting from a "deficit model" to a "strength model" by designing counseling and training programs aimed at psychologically empowering mothers and enhancing their quality of life, as they are the primary cornerstone for the success of any child rehabilitation program.
